RESTAURANT IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED as of January 2024. Interior items were auctioned off today and building is set to be razed to bring in a new restaurant (most likely Lazy Dig).

I ordered a sirloin steak and potatoes from the menu which was $30. I asked if I could get Brussels sprouts in place of the broccolini twice. The waiter said it would be fine. When he brought me my order, it was a NY strip. I immediately said that I did not order that. He said that there was no sirloin and that this was the better steak and even costs more. Not wanting to make a scene because I was with 6 other people, I accepted it. He could have told me beforehand and I would have ordered something else. At least 1/3 of the steak was hard gristle that couldn’t even be cut. When I received the bill, I was charged $36 for the food alone. I talked to the manager and he said he would give me a desert, which I did not want. I told him I would put my experience on social media, and he said “okay” and walked away. And not once did my water glass get refilled, and we were there for 2 hours. “My” tip was automatically figured into the bill at 20%. This place has terrible service, bad management, and unprofessional workers. This was the second time I had a bad experience at this place. Never again!! Do not patronize this place!

I will say that the gentleman that seated us had me concerned about our experience at the macaroni grill was not pleasant seem very miserable perhaps just having a bad day. But our waiter was fantastic. Did a great job. The food was very good, and the value was outstanding Five people a dessert with tip $100. Thank you.

I felt like I was eating in a restaurant that was still under construction. Decor was broken, paint was peeling and the service wasn't really service, someone took my order and brought it out but nothing else came with the meal. This is a far cry from what Macaroni Grill used to be.

We were originally given a server, who got an attitude when we weren’t ready to order and never revisited our table. Will never be returning again.

The Maitre D' seemed as if he wanted to be anywhere else. When we arrived, instead of taking my name, he just told us to have a seat in the waiting area. When he came to seat us at a table, since he did not know my name, all he said was 'Two'. The first table he directed us to was under an air vent blowing cold air. When I asked about moving to another table, first he said there was nothing wrong with the one we were at. When I proved there was, he then said that it would be a few minutes before we could be seated elsewhere. The dinning room was not full and there were a number of empty tables and boths. Before I could say anything about that, he did lead us to a booth. Our waiter, Valintin, made up for the Maitre D'. We ordered a couple of cocktails, and when it was taking a little while Valintin came back and informed us that the bartender was busy and that it would take about ten minutes more. He then asked if we wanted to cancel them and order a couple of glassed of vine, which he could pour. So we did. the rest of the evening was wonderful. The food was delicious. We will not let the Maitre D' prevent us from going back. Thanks, Kevin

Amazing meal! I had the Pomodoro Tortellacci and it was delicious. So was the hot focaccia bread. Service was great. Heard rumors that this place might close but sincerely hope it does not.

The bruchetta was delicious. I order rigatoni with Alfredo sauce, Broccoli & chicken. The Broccoli looked like the worst Broccoli flourettes I've even seen, only 2 looked like normal Broccoli. The meal was ok wasn't great. Actually chose to finish the bruchetta & bring meal home for my furbaby. She loved it, but she's not picky.
