Great experience! The place is small but very cozy. The hostess was very friendly and professional. The food was served hot and in a timely manner… we really enjoyed the chips and salsa; my son loved it. I recommend it!

I constantly drive on route 1 and I always wanted to try the Pupusas at Rosita's. I decided to go on Nov 23 and I was charged more than what I signed to be charged. My bill came for 21.57 and I decided to tip 2.93 because the service was not what I expected. The waitress did not get my order right, I had to speak loudly and it was still confusing. Additionally, I saw how a table got their order first; they had even finished when we got our order. To make my experience worse, a few days later when I checked my bank statement to see how much I was charged, the total amount was 27.57. I called the restaurant to ask what had happened. They took my number and up to this day, I haven't been contacted.

Service here sucks! Went on Sunday at 1:25. Ordered 9 pupusas was told 20mins, so I Sat and waited. 50 mins later I get up and ask for the food and it’s been sitting on the food counter for who knows how long. At least 5-6 waiters just joking and eating at the counter. No one checking if my order was ready. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time

You're supposed to call ahead to make sure the food is ready but it didn't help me until I came to the place and paid and they started preparing my order!
I called at 9:40 that I wanted two orders of Mexican cakes. The boy told me that he could make them for me but I had to pay at the same time. I told him that was fine and he asked the cooks if they could make two cakes and they told him. They said no and they are supposed to close at 10, the truth is, bad service if they don't want to work, they don't work.

In general the food sucks ordered a beef soup it had very few vegetables The broth dish had a floating layer of butter or oil of at least a quarter of an inch and without much flavor to the main I had to wait about 10 minutes for it to me They will bring the juice I had ordered

We always come with my family to eat And now it was one of the ugliest days for me, I ordered a tripe soup and yes they gave me a soup but without flavor without salt without anything the dish with vegetables and achiote to be exact, I have nothing to talk about the pupusas my wife and My children ask for the same thing and in the end they charged me for it and I only provided it and immediately returned it.

I always come eat here but recently the food has been horrible. I never leave reviews but today I will because they gave me some pupusas with beans and cheese, NO CHEESE only beans the “manger” try to tell me that’s how they make them! Okay cool I’m Salvadorian I’ve never seen just beans in my pupusas when I order clearly with cheese. Then my mom asked to cancel the extra pupusas she order because clearly they weren’t good! Manger told her oh no we can’t because the food is on the grill already. Lies! They can make them that quick if the ones I order took 20 + they still charge the pupusas we clearly said to cancel… Point is they need better customer service and better quality food!!
