My food was hot and fresh. They have a nice side salad. The cashier was friendly and provided nice customer service with a huge smile (I think his name started with a D. I'm not sure). The ladies room needed a refill of toilet tissue in 3 of the 4 tissue holders. Ladie's room floor needed to be rid of paper towels and please change the toilet seat and cover. Very old looking, peeling. The restroom is tiny, you have to inhale to make yourself small enough to fit in there. Great restaurant to stop at otherwise. They have a large TV in the dining room playing news. I did not pay attention to which network they had on.
I love this place and have been coming since I was a kid, I went and picked up my regular order - sliders with mashed potatoes, sliders were cold and they used hamburger bread, as someone with sensory issues that’s super annoying and changes the taste, and mashed potatoes felt “chunky”. Disappointed how much the quality is a hit or miss now, certainly wasn’t like this years ago. Still love this place but it’s annoying because there food isn’t cheap ??♀️.
I stopped in to Roy Rogers for lunch because of their reputation I had the hamburger combo and a piece of fried chicken with mac and cheese and a drink fried chicken with crispy and flavorful mac and cheese was very good but the hamburger was awful I told the girl that took my order Corina and she seemed like she was not even interested did not even offer me a refund or an you know wanted to give me something else I can tell by their service Food and atmosphere while there are no cars in the parking lot I would not recommend anyone to eat here go here the service and food was absolutely awful
I would go there every day if the wife would allow.

Don't like the manager how she yelled at me across the counter. I showed her that I had a nail clipping in my platter and she said it was a piece of ham but I know what a nail looks like. I understand she's trying to cover up her mistake but at least be honest and professional. Someone needs to take care of this industry.
