My food was hot and fresh. They have a nice side salad. The cashier was friendly and provided nice customer service with a huge smile (I think his name started with a D. I'm not sure). The ladies room needed a refill of toilet tissue in 3 of the 4 tissue holders. Ladie's room floor needed to be rid of paper towels and please change the toilet seat and cover. Very old looking, peeling. The restroom is tiny, you have to inhale to make yourself small enough to fit in there....

I love this place and have been coming since I was a kid, I went and picked up my regular order - sliders with mashed potatoes, sliders were cold and they used hamburger bread, as someone with sensory issues that’s super annoying and changes the taste, and mashed potatoes felt “chunky”. Disappointed how much the quality is a hit or miss now, certainly wasn’t like this years ago. Still love this place but it’s annoying because there food isn’t cheap ??‍♀️.
