I have loved eating at Roy Rogers since I was a child. This particular one had great everything. Service was great, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Very clean. Fresh food.

I would have given a zero waste of my money $25.fry chicken was disgusting dry and flavorless. Mashed potatoes with no gravy no flavor at all and I was not impressed with the burger either just a really bad experience would not ever come back

I remember Roy Rogers use to be my favorite place to eat. They have gone downhill. The chicken was dry and they got my order wrong. The customer service was low . My tea was like sugar water. Y’all have to do better. Then they don’t even tell me my order was ready. To make it worse it was so hot in there

Young Lady (Senior Citizen ♥️) stopped cleaning the tables to ask if I was OK... Too Sweet, she then got me some utensils that definitely made eating my meal so much better.
I can’t stand this Roy Rogers! All the employees here give you a bad attitude if you look Hispanic and want to order in English. Smh I’m sorry but I should be able to order in English without an attitude. Wish there was another Roys nearby. And it’s freezing in here for some reason.

I have always like here. I went in 5 minutes before lunch changeover. The employee could have easily taken our lunch order as other were eating fried chicken and fries. Instead the employee informed us you can wait 5 minutes then order....really? You couldn't take our order then inform us it's changeover, is it OK it'll be us ASAP. I walked out sensing prejudice had something to do with the employee. Never going back EVER.

I've been coming here for probably 15 years updating my review. Most recently we bought eight piece family chicken and they specifically told us that we can't use the fixing bar as it's only for sandwiches... I guess that'll be the last time I ever go back now. Why are they so petty?
