I've always loved eating here. I believe my last visit was maybe not one of my best. I don't believe the team was ready for a rush of people. Food took a little long, and the dining area was not clean with trash cans over flowing. The sweet team had expired 4 hours earlier, and the bathroom was clean, though.Parking: Parking is accessible

Over the past 10 years, my wife and I have gone to Roy's several times a week/months. In recent years, we found the quantities (portions) have become less, the sizes of the Roast Beef has been smaller with buns smaller. The burgers & buns smaller, and chicken sizes, quantity is smaller while the prices of servings are higher. A customer wants a 4 pc box. Rr charges for an extra pc of chicken, instead of having a 4 pcs single person box.A customer wants a 6 pc box. I can't get it at Rr. Why??Rr should NOT CHARGE CUSTOMERS for a single pc of chicken. But, create larger #s of chicken 4, 6 pc boxes. At a fair personal price. Too, Seniors want a personal sized box with more chicken, not higher prices.KFC and Popeyes have those as special single person boxes. ?A separate serious requirement is that the Kingtowne/Manchester Lakes Roy's put a hearing volume on its CNN -TV,ESPECIALLY NOW THAT TRUMPCRIMINAL TRIALS ARE COMING UP THE PUBLIC MUST SEE, HEAR WHEN EATING IN.I ALWAYS DISLIKED THE NO TV VOL. but the music is too loud.

Way overpriced!!!!RB sandwich dry and too much salt3 workers standing around speaking to each other. One woman was doing all the work. I don't think it was a training class, but the women talking to each other were doing so in Spanish, no idea what they were talking about.Will not return at those prices!
Don’t order order take out from this place. The chicken is dried and they forget half of your order. When I politely asked if everything was in the bag and was about to open to check, the cashier snapped at me that yea, everything is in there. When we got home we had no sides—who wants to eat cold chicken without mashed potatoes and baked beans???

We will never spend one more dime in this restaurant. The $25 chicken was old and cold. If you are going to advertise your chicken as fresh, I suggest it actually be fresh. The manager needs additional training as he is not the best representation of any brand. The saving grace of the restaurant is Yvonne, who is pleasant and hospitable. I hope she finds a better, more suitable place of employment that is worthy of her level of customer service.

Unfortunately, I had to stop going to Roy Rogers… When they raised their prices for their breakfast… In June it was $3.89 a few months later it’s $5.89… I know there’s inflation however, not within a couple months should it go up 40%?
