I’m really enjoying this place every time I eat the food here it’s it feels like it just came straight out of Jamaica! Very homie experience it’s just a little bit small in the interior! My wife and I are here in Oneday😍. I’ll plan on bringing my old springs and they’re all springs here too.

The curry chicken and rice was amazing. The Mac was okay but I didn't like the cabbage, too crunchy for my liking.

In town on a work trip & came here for food.
My order was ready upon pickup.
I ordered Jerk salmon, greens, Macaroni & a jerk chicken patty.

The jerk chicken patty was delicious!
However, I was really disappointed with the salmon. It doesn’t appear to be authentic salmon it’s very hard, the taste, the texture and the look is not of salmon & that really ruined the meal for me. Wish i would’ve just gotten the jerk chicken

Enjoy it while u can. The food is great but the wait time is crazy long. Total chaos. Wrong food. Just bad service. No matter how great your product is bad service will always kill a business.

This has happened twice and made me realized that the owner is biased and intentionally serves leftovers and awfully tasteless cold food to certain customers. Every customer deserves the right to a freshly cooked meal even as they're been charged for it.

I used to eat from here all the time a few years back. About 6 months ago I spent over $100 and the food was horrible. I went against my better judgement tonight and spent yet again over 100 and the food was horrible. The quality the love and recipes are below par. My curry salmon was dry and hard the curry tasted nothing like curry.. she threw a bunch of spices together and served the customer. CURRY IT WAS NOT. I PAID FOR CURRY. I will never return here again they must have changed owners

ALL & I mean ALL the food in here is BOMB!!! Best caribbean food in VA (possibly the entire DMV), without question. & if you like sweets, get you a SOUTHERN GIRL HOME MADE cake for sure. I challenge ANY other place to top their flavor. I promise if you go here once, you will Not be disappointed and you will go back!

Placed my order at 7:27 PM said pick up was 8:02 did get my food until 8:25. No explanation , no compensation… Not even a sorry. This is the last time I’m ever coming to this location for food. In my opinion, Don’t waste your time.

I have been going to rubys since I moved to northern Va from Miami best Jamaican food in this area hands down I don’t even leave reviews but I had to for these people great customer service and original Jamaican flavor! 5 STAR.
