The host Laura was so nice and patient. BJ, who was our chief for the night, was hilarious!!! So personable and funny. I would definitely recommend coming. The food was cooked very well and the drinks hit the spot. 10/10
It has taken me years to find a hibachi restaurant in the DMV that can accommodate a gluten allergy. I have celiac disease and so it’s incredibly difficult to eat a lot of types of asian food due to soy sauce, let alone something like hibachi on a shared grill. I called ahead to the restaurant and they told me they weren’t busy and could accommodate my allergy. The food was amazing, my first time trying seaweed salad. Atmosphere is great aside from the super harsh lighting and the 20 year old radio music blaring. The waitress took my water glass from the table- her fingers went into the top, and went and filled it up and brought the same glass back. Please don't do that, sugi. And the door greeting man was awkward as was the waitress. But aside from that, great time great place, maybe just an off day for the people here ?
