The service in this place sucks! My two children and I were seated and I immediately asked the host for a kids' menu. Instead, we were seated with 3 ADULT menus. The waitress greeted us and I immediately asked for a kids' menu again. She left and never returned! Another waitress greeted us and I asked for a kids' menu AGAIN! After a 7 minute wait, she returned with one. We ordered our food and was served without incident. My child's Mac and cheese was HORRIBLE!!!!! The dish tasted of warm noodles ONLY, NO CHEESE flavor at all! I ordered the Barria tacos and they lacked flavor too! No salt, spices, seasonings, NOTHING! NO TASTE! The Mexican rice and black beans were good but overall experience is a WASTE OF TIME.

Food is good but service is absolute trash. Servers are too busy watching futbol to do their jobs. Just a bad experience on several occasions. There are better restaurants nearby that actually want your business. Skip this one.

Very good food, the service was great. They let us put our suitcases next to our table which was very helpful. There were only a few tables of people so definitely come and support this business!

Despite the many low reviews at this San Bar & Grill location, I attempted to dine in. We were not greeted and have never been before this Saturday, so we had no idea of the seating process. My friend and I proceeded to find a seat, and this woman comes from the kitchen area rudely says wait here you need to go back there and points near the front entrance. We said okay and told her where we'd like to sit. As we were going where she pointed us to go, she again rudely repeated where she pointed for us to go. As we said we were and we heard you, someone was approaching with a menu. We follow that person, and the rude woman says something to them in a language we were not fluent in while looking at us in a distasteful way. We sat down, and one by one, a different worker emerged and looked at us, making us feel like specimens. I assume the rude woman said something to them about us. At that point, we did not trust we would enjoy our time or trust the food not to be tampered with in a bad way, so we decided to leave. We did nothing to trigger any of this poor customer service.

The Happy Hour menu includes food but requires that you purchase a drink. Unfortunately this is not stated on the menu. The lack of transparency is unethical and dishonest.
Our group had a great experience. Happy hour drinks and tacos were extra tasty, fresh, and didn't take too long. Many margarita flavors and types of tequila. Many taco types, fresh sauces, and the warm chips with generous salsa/guac/cheese hit the after work hungry. Nice staff and the wnba game was on. Really nice evening!
