The waitress Tonishia was definitely the main reason I wouldn’t go back! She was incredibly rude and didn’t ask us once if we needed help and when we did ask for help she ignored us! My friend is white and she was beyond rude and insensitive towards her! She then chased us out because we didn’t tip after she raised the price on her bill that we split!

Should be named shrimp house instead of crab house! I thought there would lots of crabs but 80 percent of the stuffs are filled with mid shrimps and sausages and crab legs where there barely any meats inside. Wasted 40$ just for too many shrimps👎 Shouldn’t be be even named crab house!

Normally when I go here the seafood boil is excellent the crab legs were OVERCOOKED, CHEWY, THE BOIL WAS , I never had bad seafood from here until yesterday, starting away for a while.
Stop to have some yummy crabs since visiting Maryland. The service was okay but the food was better! Enjoyed it !

Came to eat here on Labor day and the male server who served us was rude and not attentive. He kept forgetting everything and was not a good server in all but we were just ready to leave. we needed spilt checks but he messed them up a couple times so i decided to just pay for the check. If im spending a good amount of money to go out i’d want good service but if i don’t receive it Sorry I won’t tip. So we proceeded to not tip. the server then tried to chase me for my copy of receipt after seeing no tip. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO ADD ON AN AUTHORIZED TIP. I noticed on my bank statements later that week. After many times of trying to see a manager/owner. I finally came AGAIN to speak to one. and the server was there. I explained to him how it was incorrect and he argued that we were required to tip on a party of 4?!?! We got in an argument because he did not understand how illegal it was to add an unauthorized tip after i sign for my total. Horrible

The food is amazing and cooked to perfection. In addition, the staff of this restaurant are truly the kindest. I had a situation with my car, and they were all there helping me to resolve my issue. I will forever be grateful. Words can not express. Thank you!
I am not sure how they are making any money if they send all their customers away. I tried to come in with a party of 10 two hours before closing and they rejected because they said no servers were available. That is ridiculous how they have no servers available when I saw two servers and it wasn't even full. The owners needs to reconsider its staff as he is losing money thanks to them being lazy and not wanting to work. Please do better and hire more professional staff that is willing to work and not scare customers away.

The web price said one thing then I was charged more than 2x that amount when I went to pick crabs up. The manager said the website said for half dozen but the website does not indicate any amount and crabs are usually sold by the dozen. Never coming back to Sea Boil! They’re cheats.
