Always good to- tiny complaint is they don't use the right vinegar with their dumplings ... but to food is great, delivery quick and everything arrives hot.

I live down the street so this is my local Chinese place, and I love it! Love the egg drop and wonton soup and they must think I am crazy cause I regularly order just soup from them. But everything else I have had is also good - fried rice, lo mein, the basics. Always ready on time when I walk in! Thanks from the crazy soup

The food is consistently good and service quick. In good weather we eat outside with our dog; there is one table outside and a handful inside.

This is my second time ordering here and I have yet to be disappointed. My first time we ordered Peaking Duck and had it delivered and it was fresh and delicious!!!! This go around we got the Hong Kong Duck and Salt and Pepper Calamari with springrolls. The rolls were delicious and had little shrimp inside! What a treat as most places do not do this, the Calamari was amazing and the Hong Kong duck reminded me of my childhood as this is the style of duck I grew up eating. I definitely recommend and look forward to one day coming to eat in!!!

This is the first time that we have tried this restaurant. I had the Happy Family with wild rice and my wife had the Sea Food Combination with the wild rice. The food was the best that I have eaten, delivery service fast, and quantity huge. We have enough food for two meals and then freeze the rest for another. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. My highest compliments.David SingstockOld Town/Coles Point VA.

The food is unbelievably delicious. Every time! We have become regulars. Always piping hot. Extremely quick delivery. Every item we have gotten was outstanding. Garlic shrimp, pork fo hoon, Happy Family, beefpepper steak. The egg drop soup is perfection. Tonight they made their first mistake and did not include the pancakes with one entrees. We were disappointed but figured what the heck. Ten minutes later a knock on the door. Delivery guy apologizing saying he saw that when he got back to the store and wanted to bring it right over. That was above and beyond!

Very good American Chinese takeout. Online ordering is a breeze, which I pay when I pickup. They have coupons, spend over a certain amount, get a meat fried rice, etc. The staff are very nice, which is unusual for takeout places. I think you could eat in there but probably for the lunch crowd. We got the sliced fish schezuan style, beef schezuan style, salt and pepper shrimp, and the order came with chicken fried rice. The beef was tender, the shrimp was plump, and the chicken was moist. The fish is typical Chinese hotpot so it ends up melting with the broth. I prefer a firmer fish but definitely very good. The broth is schezuan style though I would like more Mala. Mala is that hot and numbing feeling. I will ask next time.

Ist time trying this place. The order was delivered in a timely fashion, however, the pu pu platter was over cooked and dried up. The dragon and Phoenix was edible but nothing special. The kicker was when I called about about the pu pu platter being over cooked. I was thanked and told they would tell the cook, and that was it. I asked about them bringing a fresh pu pu pu platter and picking up the dried up one and was told the manager said it was not over cooked. After several more request and conferences between the lady and the manager I was told I could get credit on my next order. After finally threatening to dispute the charge, they agreed to deliver a new item and pick up the dried up order. We'll, it wasn't much better. This was my first and last time ordering from Shangai Peking.
