This place is awesome! Their food is delicious, kid friendly, and reasonably priced. They also partner with rise bakery the DC area fantastic gluten free bakery so if you’re looking for gluten free bread on a sandwich stop here! It’s a local laid back deli and a gem!
Great Food and a gem of genuine hospitality!
My friend got the Chipotle Crunch and it was delicious! Everything tasted fresh and well-made. But what really sets Sherwood Gourmet Deli apart is Larry genuine kindness and care. The plaques on the wall about respect, community, and good people aren’t just decoration - they live it.

This place has created so many memories with friends and family, I have always loved this local spot and my go to Chipotle Crunch sandwich. Every single day I see improvements in this spot and am looking forward to keep coming here and trying new things. Highly recommend!
