On Fridays you need about seven people. Cashier, front table runner and bag takeout, five in the back. Several people WALKED OUT last night, including me, before placing an order. I only leave a restaurant if I don't want to order. Service was bad last night. The employees tried their best but more people need to be on the shift. There were so many online orders. You are sitting on a gold mine but are frustrating customers.

We had an excellent burger and drinks. The fries may have needed to be cooked in hotter oil but were still tasty. Service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. Anderson was our server and he did wonderfully. It was a great time all around.

They were chill to a hungry ambulance crew. Good food, mushroom burger was awesome. I’d say equal to or better than 5 guys.

Best dog I have had in I dont know how long, yet tots were ok. However, service was confusing, like everything was going in slow motion. Staff of 4 in cook/prep area seemed as confused as customers waiting for orders. Cashier was trying to take orders, coordinate take out orders and bring orders to the tables. The bar was not open yet had canned beer, but again not well coordinated for the young cashier. Obviously management was not there to coordinate and to fill in the holes.

I went today and the food was good but what was better was the service. The receptionist treated me very well and was super nice. I believe her name is jasmine so i just wanted to shout her out.

9/11/25 – Follow-up to my review:
This business never had any intention of refunding my money—it was outright theft. I had to go through my bank, file a fraud complaint, and after their investigation the decision was in my favor. I sincerely hope this place shuts down.

I order from this location all the time however, Saturday July 26, 2025. I placed my usual online order. Received the text saying my order was ready for pick up. Arrived at this location to pick up my order, the lady working the front said they ran out of beef patties and could not fulfill my order. I asked for a refund and she said that the total amount of my order would be refunded. It’s been almost a week and I have not been refunded nor will they answer my emails. At this point I plan to sue for theft and emotional stress.

Best Burger ever. SO AMAZING. We ordered double bacon smash & ate it all! Juicy & delicious...every bite...omg....simply amazing. Cashier named Anderson was super attentive, kind & courteous. We truly appreciate great food & customer service. Highly recommend.
