Smashburger

Excellent dine in service, the food tasted amazing. I had to re-order more for my family. I took one bite and it made the other fast food burgers taste bad. This burger is the best! The cleaning service leaves it spotless.

The smash burger was incredible. I liked the sauce that they put in the burger it had a kick of pepper in it. The fries were tasty. And it cost around 10$ for the meal. Nora was very kind to us. I love the service. Definitely coming back again.

Ordered for delivery at 5:42 on 11/07/24, delivery was est 6:18pm. Delivery finally showed up at 6:58 pm. Food cold, and no Diet Coke. I tried calling and finally after the 4th time, somebody answered and I explained what happened and she said i had to call door dash, but I did not order thru them. Ordered thru smash burger. I said I wanted a refund and she said she couldn’t do it. Asked for the Manager and she said I would have to call tomorrow to talk to the Manager and then she hung up on me.

Went in for a quick bite on a Sunday night. Service was quick, place was clean, and food tasted really good!

Food was cold, wrong milkshake, milkshake was melted and stored under heat lamp, the crew was disrespectful. When I asked how long it was going to take the guy and the register wouldn't answer me. Once we finally got our food after a hour of waiting they forgot my drink and I told them so the lady put it on the counter behind the register and I tried to have the guy in the front get it for me so I could leave and the lady yelled and said for me to come behind the register and get it. I think it's very unsafe and irresponsible for an employee to have a customer come behind the register desk. There where also multiple other people there that ordered online waiting over 30 minutes after getting a text saying their food was ready. The store was not that busy either. Will never eat at this establishment again after this.

First they gave me my burger 10 minutes before the person I went with. Then when their burger arrived it was not cooked all the way. Never seen a smash burger rare. Then the burgers were small as hell smh. Nothing but kids working there, I don't even think an adult was in the building. Guess I'll only go to smashburger in rockville.

Don’t know why the rating is low, but whenever I’ve been here the customer service and food is really great! I came for the second time a few days ago and all three gentleman who were working in the evening had really good spirits! Smiling and having great convo amongst eachother. It’s great to see people happy these days!
