We just had a lovely meal at this new-ish location and we couldn’t be more pleased.The staff were friendly and efficient and our burgers were delicious!We sat at the bar (did you know they have a full bar?) and chatted it up with Brandon the bartender. Came here for lunch, ordered the truffle mushroom Swiss burger and smash fries. This burger was so good, it made me want to write a review for it lol. I haven't had a burger this good in a while, fries were good but nothing too crazy. Ordered a blackberry smash to drink, slightly on the weak side but was still good. The place was clean and food came out faster then I expected. Would definitely return again when I'm in the area.

Everything takes too long. The food is almost never finished when you receive the text to notify you that your order is ready. Not a very efficiently run place at all. Sometimes the orders are incorrect as well.

A few weeks ago, I had my very first burger from this location. It was very soft and juicy. It left me craving. And although it took a while to be ready. The experience was so good I returned. Upon returning this past Sunday, I was left with a very unpleasant surprise. First I get a text saying it would be ready at 5:01. Then I get a text saying that they're ahead of schedule and it would be ready by 4:59. Then I got the text at 5:01, saying it was ready. So I walked in. Cashier tells me it wasn't ready yet. I received my order at 5:06pm. Then when I go to try it. It was very dry and tasted like those burgers they sell at McDonalds that have been sitting out for a while. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

Not enough staff. The guy told me blatently in my face they don't have milkshakes available after I saw him give another customer 2 shakes to go. The customer service is bare minimum.

I have been to smashburger I'd DC and had a horrible experience. This location however is outstanding. Burgers, sweet potatoes, and grilled Brussel sprouts were delicious. They even have a sports bar inside.

OMGEEEE! My first time here and I was thoroughly impressed. I had the black bean truffle mushroom burger with all the fixings, and Swiss cheese. I had a side of grilled Brussel sprouts to go along with the burger. DELICIOUS!!! To drink I had the Mardarin Cardamom punch. Perfect! I'll also give an A+ to the staff members. Very clean, chill, and tidy location. I will definitely come again! Unfortunately, I smashed my food (pun intended) before remembering to take a pic of the food. LOL!

Love this place. It is new to us. I really like the burgers and onion rings. My family likes the tater tots. Did not use this visit but they have a full bar not just beer and wine.

I love smashburger from way back in the day and from another state I'm really glad that there's one in Alexandria, and I've gone here a couple of times I've never had an issue with the service though they actually cook the hamburger so it does take a little bit longer than standard. But that's all right once you taste it. Good burgers.
