My family and I decided we wanted BBQ and found this restaurant. What a great choice. The brisket and smoked turkey were full of flavor. We order the feast for four. The three sides were potato salad, Mac and cheese, and cornbread. You need to get to this restaurant.

Excellent BBQ ribs and brisket with bark. Sides ok but better than expected with home-made touches. Very fast take out. Out of pulled pork. BBQ sauce excellent vinegar based with low sugar content relatively speaking. Prices high but expected with current cost of meat.Vegetarian options: None other than sides.Parking: Parking designed for quick in and out service. Otherwise one must look for limited off-Duke St parking nearby.
100/10 experience. Was given a free cornbread for being the first customer of the day. That was already exciting but THE FOOD ITSELF WAS AMAZINGGGGGGGG. They had a bbq show on TV with amazing chefs which is excellent marketing because it shows the CONFIDENCE in the food.Staff at 11a said they had been there since 2a because they smoke the meats overnight.I’m flabbergasted at the entire experience. Will be back as often as I can. Love you guys!! Thanks for being here.

Small place, not much seating other than 4 picnic tables but definitely worth it for the food. We had pulled pork and turkey with a bunch of different sides. It was delicious. We didn't get to try the brisket because they ran out. Price was reasonable for the family.

We stopped by for take out on the way home. The owner and staff were all so friendly, asking if we’d been here before and talking about the different meats, sides, rubs, smoking techniques, etc. while we waited for our food. We were astounded by the amazing customer service and no doubt would have dined in for the great atmosphere if we weren’t on the way home already. The food itself is worth the five stars alone though. All the meat was tender, the sauces were amazing, and each of the sides was better than the last. I’ve never been a big fan of barbecue, but apparently it’s because I’ve never had barbecue like this before.

When you drive up to this place you might question it as it is very small but do yourself a favor and go in! We used to like Myron Mixons but have been disappointed with it lately and decided to try this place. Food and service is awesome! There is only 3 tables but place appears clean and nice. We had pork and brisket ,yum! I am picky about potato salad and coleslaw , yum! Cornbread, yum! We will definitely be back.Parking: There are a few spots in n front but if you can’t find something you might be able to park across the street at the shopping center.

Great little BBQ spot in Alexandria. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. The sandwich came with coleslaw and pickles. The sauces were all amazing as well.
Came here during our recent Virginia trip and was delighted to discover this place for a late lunch! We ordered a two meat platter with two sides. We ordered an extra side of sweet potato mash. The meats were flavorful and both sweet potatoes and coleslaw tasted freshly made. The cornbread and piece of toast were unfortunately dry but everything else was good! Even the array of sauces they have on the side!
