I love this deli. I come to this area for doctors appointments occasionally over the past couple years and because of tight scheduling with work stuff, have frequently needed a convenient healthy breakfast or lunch option on my way into/out of the appointments. The food here is FRESH and they have a lot of healthy, non-fried foods to choose from. The beverage selection is enormous, both in the fridges and fountain drinks and coffee pots. The staff are so friendly and service is fast. Awesome menu.

This is my favorite place for breakfast and lunch. I tried to eat several times such as rueben, chicken panini, and steak and cheese. The staffs are friendly and cozy atmosphere.
I was going to get something to eat here, but when I walked in, I didn’t get acknowledged or greeted at all. The people that came in after me were greeted and acknowledged. I ended up walking out because that is not right at all. Makes me not want to spend money at a place like that. Do better.
Nothing special. Just a nice little lunch counter to grab a bite if you work or have an appointment in the medical office building.

Stepping into Sophia's Deli, located intriguingly in a hospital environment, one might not expect a culinary delight. However, this eatery shatters all preconceptions, serving up a steak and cheese sandwich that can only be described as a masterpiece of comfort food. The sandwich itself was a testament to simplicity done right. Encased within a wheat sub, it was generously laden with succulent steak and a lavish amount of cheese, melting together in a symphony of flavors. Each bite was a harmonious blend of tender meat and gooey cheese, making it a hearty and satisfying meal.Accompanying the sandwich was a cup of coffee, a perfect foil to the rich flavors of the meal. The total cost, a modest $12, felt like a bargain for such quality, especially considering the usual fare one might expect at a hospital deli.Beyond the food, Sophia's Deli offered an ambiance that added to the overall experience. The environment was not only visually appealing but also had an inviting aroma that set the stage for the meal. The service was lovely, with staff members exuding warmth and efficiency, ensuring a pleasant and swift dining experience.Sophia’s Deli stands as a beacon of quality and comfort, a surprising find in a setting where one might least expect a memorable meal. It's a reminder that great food can be found in the most unexpected places, offering a respite and a touch of normalcy in an otherwise clinical environment. For those seeking a delicious, filling meal at a reasonable price, Sophia’s Deli is undoubtedly a go-to spot.

This place is alright! It's basically a hospital kitchen not in a hospital, if that gives you any idea of what to expect. I had the #8 grilled chicken sandwich with provolone and fries. The sandwich was pretty good, chicken was fresh, but my fries had 0 heat. For what I paid, I'm not sure I'll go back.
