Stepping into Sophia's Deli, located intriguingly in a hospital environment, one might not expect a culinary delight. However, this eatery shatters all preconceptions, serving up a steak and cheese sandwich that can only be described as a masterpiece of comfort food. The sandwich itself was a testament to simplicity done right. Encased within a wheat sub, it was generously laden with succulent steak and a lavish amount of cheese, melting together in a symphony of flavors. Each bite was a harmonious blend of tender meat and gooey cheese, making it a hearty and satisfying meal.Accompanying the sandwich was a cup of coffee, a perfect foil to the rich flavors of the meal. The total cost, a modest $12, felt like a bargain for such quality, especially considering the usual fare one might expect at a hospital deli.Beyond the food, Sophia's Deli offered an ambiance that added to the overall experience. The environment was not only visually appealing but also had an inviting aroma that set the stage for the meal. The service was lovely, with staff members exuding warmth and efficiency, ensuring a pleasant and swift dining experience.Sophia’s Deli stands as a beacon of quality and comfort, a surprising find in a setting where one might least expect a memorable meal. It's a reminder that great food can be found in the most unexpected places, offering a respite and a touch of normalcy in an otherwise clinical environment. For those seeking a delicious, filling meal at a reasonable price, Sophia’s Deli is undoubtedly a go-to spot.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible door.

As a first time customer I was very impressed, customer service was great, the food was amazing.. I stopped by the medical office for an appointment and noticed how busy this cafe was, it was so busy that I decided to give it a try.. I suggest you do to, you won't be disappointed The prices are very reasonable

This place is alright! It's basically a hospital kitchen not in a hospital, if that gives you any idea of what to expect. I had the #8 grilled chicken sandwich with provolone and fries. The sandwich was pretty good, chicken was fresh, but my fries had 0 heat. For what I paid, I'm not sure I'll go back.

Great “Mom and Pop” sandwich shop. Nice selection on the menu. Friendly staff and reasonable prices too. If you are looking for a nice lunch or even breakfast stop, this is a great choice. Love supporting local, small business!!

This little deli is situated across from INOVA Springfield helthplex. The deli was nice n clean and plenty of areas to sit in. There was quite a few people due to the lunch rush. They offered a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, breakfast and more. I choose the tuna melt on rye with cheddar cheese. They put a good amount of tuna in the sandwich, however I believe they over seasoned it since it was pretty salty. The iced latte was good, simple. The cup just threw me up since it was served in a hot cup. Quick deli, not bad overall.

Delicious food! The staff is also friendly and the place is very clean. Even though it looks like just an office deli, I would come out of my way to eat here. A gem :)

Hidden gem. Wonderful little deli hidden away from plain sight. Very friendly people who work here put together some great food. I had the smoked turkey sub and it was delicious. Great pricing too.

Quick service, nice people who own /work there. I only wish they had a little more options when it came to the breads-like while wheat wraps or sourdough bread or even some artisan local bread options. Otherwise it's really great place to go for a quick breakfast or lunch!
