We came to have dinner tonight, food wise was good. But this guy who works in the food line was putting food in his mouth(fries), throw the rest in one of the hot trays they had where they kept the sides, did not change gloves, stepped outside of the restaurants 2 times, with his gloves on came back, and started serving food like nothing. Definitely management need to implement sanity precautions, I have a sensitive stomach and not only once I got sick before because probably people like him not caring for others. See this tonight disappointed me and definitely won’t be back again. Clearly gloves is not for everyone specially if they don’t know how to use them.Hoy venimos a cenar y vi algo muy desagradable el chico que trabajaba en la línea comía papas fritas, y tiró el resto de papas en el tray donde estaba los sides de comida, no solo eso salió del restaurante dos veces y no se cambió los guantes ninguna vez y se puso a servir comida como si nada.

The quarter chicken portion are big!! The chicken is really good 9 out of 10 but the fried rice is very mushy a 3 out of 10. Not worth paying a $1.00 extra for the fried rice. They upcharge on the can Inca kola too. The chicken quesilla is 4 out of 10.

Green sauce is the best combo with Yucca (if you hot food fan) however don't know why nowadays all Peruvian Pollo vendors are adopting El cheapo route and started charging - that is so foolish.. green sauce is the only reason why I step in these restaurants..
