The barista (Melody) was talking to her friend and refused to greet me nor acknowledge that I was waiting to order. While ordering, she was rolling her eyes and at one point said “oh my god bro” under her breath as I was ordering. When making a Frappuccino, she handed it to the friend WHO DOES NOT WORK THERE, and told him to put the whipped cream on the drink. I looked at her in disbelief and left. I should’ve confronted her but I was in a hurry and didn’t want to make a scene. Absolutely unbelievable and the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.

I am traveling in the USA. was in almost all the states of this vast country. And not a single institution refused me hot water. nowhere but this store. This is the most shameful disgrace I have ever seen.
Whatever your favorite latte is, they probably don’t have it.

Ordered a plain black medium coffee and it took 5 minutes for them to make. Also the girl making coffee had long braids and I saw one go in a womans drink. That's just foul. If you really want to go here you need to watch what they do because they obviously don't care about hygiene.(Edit) The owner responded by saying if I would like further assistance to go to starbucks contact us page, which I did. I was then told that management would be notified. Which is what my online review already did. So nothing. The owners response does literally nothing. They might as well have given a fake website to contact.
