"I recently visited a Starbucks location as a regular customer. I simply requested a cup of hot water, but was surprisingly denied by an older white gentleman. I offered to purchase the hot water in a Starbucks cup or even use my own cup, but he still refused.
"I was taken aback by this response, as it seemed to contradict Starbucks' customer-friendly reputation. I decided to call the head office to inquire about their policy regarding hot water. To my surprise, I was informed that there is no such policy prohibiting the provision of hot water.
"I was disappointed by the poor service I received at this location, especially given the company's reputation for customer satisfaction. I hope that this incident will be addressed, and that future customers will not experience similar treatment."

The two people working on March 12th at around 150pm suck at customer service and making drinks. They don’t even talk to you resulting in getting your order wrong.

I stop here about once or twice a week for a Americana grande, no problem but on this particular day I really needed to use the restroom which is supposed to be for the customer, as soon as I asked if its ok to use the bathroom? They the staff replied I need to buy something first, really? I'm thinking so am I supposed to take my coffee or food in the bathroom with me, they replied the policy changed yesterday, I came in on Tuesday 1/28/2025 around 6:00 a.m so the policy was implemented on 1/27/2025?? Weird situation to say the least, I told the employee or manager they just lost a customer and left. This was poor customer service and bad judgment and do not recommend you treat your customers this way.

One of the slowest Starbucks we have ever been. The order was taken at 4.10pm and delivered at 4.44pm. Only one barista was making all the drinks and everyone was literally holding their heads waiting. Needs some attention.

Bizarre having to tromp through the mud to get there without driving in, right off a huge a trail and across from a giant apartment complex. No bike parking. Gave up and kept rolling.
Wheelchair accessibility: No reasonable accessibility from the adjoining sidewalk. You'd be stuck going a block around through the vehicle entrance. Potential ADA issues.

The vibes in this location are immaculate. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Sarah and Sydney helped me out with my order and they were great! Best location this side of the Potomac!

The staff here are really nice and clearly try to get things out quickly without messing up. I understand that it must be ridiculously busy with that wall coming down as well as that amazon store opening and despite that I constantly receive speedy service. Especially on the weekends when I normally come! It’s always a lovely experience and definitely my favorite starbucks in the area.

Waited inside for over 30 mins for a simple mobile order. 4 people on staff working. They confirmed received order but chose to ignore it. I had to ask twice. Order was NOT stolen I was observing counter. So frustrating. Avoid this place.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The wait is forever even if you order on the app and then they mess up your drink after waiting forever. So you either wait even longer for them to make another one right or lose your money. Terrible. Maybe this is my sign to stop going to Starbucks.

A recent visit to a two-star Starbucks location left me with mixed feelings. The ambiance was typical of the chain—comfortable seating, soft lighting, and a generally relaxed atmosphere. However, the positives mostly ended there.
Service was notably slow, with a long wait even during off-peak hours. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, resulting in several mix-ups with orders. My drink, a simple latte, was lukewarm and lacked the rich flavor I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store left much to be desired; tables were sticky, and the floors needed attention.
Overall, while the environment was pleasant enough, the subpar service and lack of attention to detail detracted significantly from the experience. This location could benefit from better management and staff training to meet the standards typically associated with Starbucks.
