The staff were nice and made the drinks correctly! The atmosphere WAS nice until the construction started and doomsday walls were put up outside. I don't know what they're doing to that shopping center but the whole Starbucks is in the shadow of an ugly wall. Sunlight barely shines inside.

We were harassed by a young lady on the way in, but once we got in, the coffees we ordered were very delicious.
Emma makes my coffee perfectly! She’s the only one that actually makes the coffee right . If she’s not there I will wait until she is to make sure my coffee is made correctly. Unfortunately Robin said that she can’t have Emma keep making my coffee’s even with me waiting and coming back. I don’t think that’s great customer service. I will no longer spend my money at this location.

My favorite ☕️I wish the older gentleman was a little nicer and had a better attitude with customers. I found this really weird and unfortunately experienced it two times, specifically because every other person in the store is extremely polite and nice. I don’t like to complain but i found this important to mention. Thanks Starbucks for the best coffees.

The past couple of times I have been here, the drinks have not been correct and am disappointed with my experiences. The food is great most of the time but received a pastry in a plastic wrapper inside a bag today, this is the second time this has happened over the past few months. Location is convenient and is very clean.

Honestly the vibe and atmosphere here is always just sad and somber, which is completely off brand for any other Starbucks location we’ve been to. Anytime of day or week we go the employees are extremely short, upset, and frankly seem unhappy to be there. Not sure what drives this behavior but after going to this location more than 10 times, I can say it’s truly consistent across the board.
