On Saturday morning around 8:30, I arrived at the branch. After hiding in line for a few minutes, I said hello and good afternoon to the clerk and told him I had a pickup order, but the clerk told me very harshly that I would have to wait. I told the clerk that you didn't even say hello to me and that you were very rude. He treated me like that because I was delivering a package. He couldn't treat other customers like that (the employee's name was Michael - he had a beard and a beanie on his head). It was not polite for him to be so rude to me in front of everyone. Also I got my order after 10 minutes too. It got my day off to a bad start!

This is one of the most bare bones, no frills Starbucks you’ll visit. The seating area is underwhelming, and the vibe is outdated.

The staff is never very personable, always super busy with mobile orders. If you order in person, even a basic hot coffee will take them 5 minutes until they finally get to your order.

I love that this store is killing it in mobile orders, but for someone who orders black coffee, and just wants to run in and out, this store is just too slow. For the price, it’s just not worth it.

I love my star bucks coffee but I wouldn’t go to this place to actually purchase any products because of the service received there. Needed to use a bathroom since I was in the area and generally being treated super well as a human being at other Starbucks went in and was prejudiced and denied the used of bathroom if I didn’t buy any product there but because of the way I was looked and the way I was prejudged decided not to purchase anything there. I wouldn’t recommend going there because of how they prejudged people I could imagine them preparing your coffee or food tired bored without care ( possibly unsanitary) if they considered to do so.

I tried the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich from Starbucks, and it was disappointing. The bread was squished and didn’t look good. For the price, it’s not worth it. I could find a better sandwich elsewhere. I wouldn’t buy it again!

Worst Starbucks in VA:

I got to Starbucks, and they didn’t have my sandwich ready. I asked them about it, and they ignored me.

I then asked the cashier what was going on, and she told me that it was fine, that they would prepare it soon. So I waited for about ten minutes, but another girl kept taking things out of the oven, and she never took out mine.

So I said, “Excuse me, I’ve been waiting for a while for my food.”

Then some rude woman with an attitude came out and said, “What’s up going on here?”

I told her that my food hadn’t been prepared, that I had been waiting for a long time, and that I had already let them know.

She just responded sarcastically, “Look, the bag is empty because what you ordered isn’t available. You have to take the bag and give it to her.”

I said, “What?? Didn’t you just hear what I told you? I already told them what was missing.”

She repeated that I needed to take the bag and give it to her. And I asked, “Do you want me to do their job for them after they messed up? Do you want me to make my own food too?”

Then the guy who ignored me earlier came out and said, “There’s no reason to be this way. We ran out of the sandwich; I can give you a refund.”

And I told them, “Well, you could have said that when I asked about my sandwich.”

I told him, “You made me wait just to come and tell me this now, after marking the order as ready?”

Then some old white man came out and said, “That’s enough! You are being an asshole.”

And I said, “What the hell is your problem?”

I explained that they had done this to me five times before and that it was always the same nonsense.

That’s when he stepped closer to me, like he was going to do something, so I stepped up to him and said, “You need to mind your own business. You don’t know what you’re talking about.”

Then, I sent messages to corporate, and they gave me a refund.

And I told them that I was never going to buy from Starbucks again.

That they could keep their money, and that store had always treated me badly.

They’re drinks always taste so bad and I always wait 10+mins even if I was ordering ahead, they just take away too long all the time

I went there to ask for some milk for my tea and presented my cup. They charged me $3.13 for milk. That should have been sitting on the condiments table. I just want to say shame on you Starbucks for charging students for additional milk and shame on you for having prices that are higher within a college campus than anywhere else.

This Starbucks is very slow, it’s always something with them. If I ordered two drinks back to back for BOGO… Otherwise everything is good.

Hands down worst Starbucks I’ve been to in my life! Have them multiple opportunities. Got everything working every single time. Employees have a negative attitude, don’t know how to prepare recipes or drinks. I am not sure how they are still open for business. Horrible management. Lacks cleanliness, no napkins, careless about customers service and quality control of drinks and food
