Very poor service

Disgusting energy, and disgusting atmosphere! The cashier and Baristas provided service that was below average. The vibe in this location, overall, is poor. I should have followed my first mind and went someplace else to have my coffee. Terrible experience!

Busy day today, I understand yet lack of training. Food girl brings 11 orders all at once, all 11 waited for no reason, watching their food ready already, over 10 min. I guess worker dont want to back and forth.

The sandwiches, esp the turkey, provolone & pesto, & the tomato & mozzarella, are terrible, obviously made (on site/off site?) in a super hurry. The bread is fine, but w/ only a tspn-size smear of pesto in one corner, one slice of cheese the size of a quarter in another, one slice of dry turkey that doesn't cover the bread, with sundried tomatoes so tough & sour tasting that I couldn't digest them. This has happened on multiple visits, when my husband buys coffee & sandwiches for his work crew. Also their chai lattes have had a strange off-putting taste lately. What's going on here? I find it insulting to pay these prices & get something so pathetic in return - what is being sold bears zero resemblance to the menu photos behind the counter. Is there any managerial oversight of the food, on expiration dates, on cleanliness? Are the machines being cleaned?

If you’re a fan of too loud cantina music and banging doors, this is the spot for you. If you’re looking for coffee shop vibes, this is not the place. Way way too loud.

There’s no sense of urgency from this place for either pickup or delivery. Ordered a drink online and got a call from the driver that he’s still waiting for more than 10 min. It alway take too long for my order to be delivered which makes no sense. Wish Uber had another Starbucks around on their platform would’ve love to order from that place instead.

The staff here are always super friendly and welcoming. There isn't anything particularly special about this Starbucks except it is conveniently located by Lowes so it is easy to get a quick caffeine fix after shopping. I ate a breakfast sandwich there once it was just ok. It wasn't substantial enough to fill me up but I'm a big guy so it take alot more food.

I used to frequent this Starbucks store due to its proximity, and it used to be FANTASTIC. They had a good little community, there were fun things like the drink of the week where they’d name a customer and their drink which was fun, the store was efficient, and food and drinks came out well. Then about a year or two ago it took a pretty solid tumble. In the past year or two I’ve gone here maybe a dozen times, and not once has a drink come out right since. At least one item in my order is poorly prepared (like a sandwich being burnt like someone hated it or a latte being all milk). The atmosphere is cold and uninviting. The workers look beat like they’d rather eat handfuls of lettuce professionally than be there. And it doesn’t help that right down the road on Richmond Highway there’s another one that may actually be one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to (you’ll know if you’ve been if you hear “Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. Welcome to New York, Happy Wednesday” on a Monday, not in New York.
The store isn’t awful. But there’s been a fall from where they were. It’s clean, the staff are certainly polite, and you will get your food/drinks. Just anticipate something will be off with it, it’ll take a second, and it’ll feel like coffee purgatory.

Was a little annoyed today getting my drink. I think the majority of customers place a mobile order because the barista, Anna/Annie, took her sweet time making my drink. I patiently waited while watching her stop at every step making my drink to have a conversation with her coworkers. It wasn't just quick chatter. She would get to a step, stop for about 30-60 seconds to talk, then moved on to the next step, then stop again to talk. This may sound trivial to be upset about but it annoyed me because I value my time.

Been here twice now, they’re swamped with online orders so if you actually order inside it’s the slowest service that I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. It’s really bad. Not the employees fault though.
