I ordered a drink, an ice triple espresso and they didn't give me anything I asked for, it seems as if they had given me a different order, I ordered you to put strawberry cf and they didn't put it on my drink, I said I wanted 3 shots of espresso and not even one was going and I had to pay extra for each of those things.

I come here couple time of week , some time get problem but it gonna fix it , but , now they policy change it , that how they make the drink before and after , even you get detailed , but it said the drink not allowed full of ice ? I dont aask any extra coffe or flavor , i just ask for fill full cup . They said it not allowed , why they put offer Venti cup ? And salted cream it’s looks like some thin layer on top . And they call manager because of ice , comon i give up , not recommend for drink or service

i usually get my coffee here, mostly mobile orders. i received my order this morning that was just ice and wasn’t even filled up. i recommend toning it down with the ice and making the drinks filled up as their supposed to be.

On 10/25/25, 7:30 am they got my chocolate croissant order wrong and when I asked for something for free since I had to drive all they way back wasting my time and gas they basically said that’s all I get. Totally unfair and unprofessional. They could’ve at least had the decency to apologize but nothing.

Busy day today, I understand yet lack of training. Food girl brings 11 orders all at once, all 11 waited for no reason, watching their food ready already, over 10 min. I guess worker dont want to back and forth.

The sandwiches, esp the turkey, provolone & pesto, & the tomato & mozzarella, are terrible, obviously made (on site/off site?) in a super hurry. The bread is fine, but w/ only a tspn-size smear of pesto in one corner, one slice of cheese the size of a quarter in another, one slice of dry turkey that doesn't cover the bread, with sundried tomatoes so tough & sour tasting that I couldn't digest them. This has happened on multiple visits, when my husband buys coffee & sandwiches for his work crew. Also their chai lattes have had a strange off-putting taste lately. What's going on here? I find it insulting to pay these prices & get something so pathetic in return - what is being sold bears zero resemblance to the menu photos behind the counter. Is there any managerial oversight of the food, on expiration dates, on cleanliness? Are the machines being cleaned?

There’s no sense of urgency from this place for either pickup or delivery. Ordered a drink online and got a call from the driver that he’s still waiting for more than 10 min. It alway take too long for my order to be delivered which makes no sense. Wish Uber had another Starbucks around on their platform would’ve love to order from that place instead.
