This is the worst store ever. I am a doctor of NP and see patients all day. I wish I could say that I have to leave immediately at close and forget about the sick people needing to be seen. After finishing up with work I visited the Safeway store on King Street, alexandria. Onn checking out there were multiple issues with the coupons that were advertised for the coupons. All the prices were wrong. I asked the employee at the self checkout to help cand was told, I have to leave and you can just put the products back and I could address it tomorrow. I work 11 hour shifts and wish I could just say, sorry you are sick but can't help you and come back tomorrow. The representative was not even willing to help with the inaccurate prices. Although I showed proof as to what the price were, I was told it's too late, can't help coupons are wrong, and just leave them and come back tomorrow. I have pictures of of the receipt and coupons, however, the rep was uncaring, wanted to just leave and stated to put the food back and return to address tomorrow. I have to say that this is the worse experience I have ever had. There are multiple other supermarkets in the area and I have to say that I will be shopping at these other stores and boycott Safeway. After looking at my receipt I was still over charged for the pizza and the same gentleman stated I could come back tomorrow and have it looked at, as if I did not have to see sick patients. How come a store has coupons advertised, instructed to use their app then be told that there is a error and to come back tomorrow. If this individual knew there was an error before I got to checkout why was it not fixed. Instead I was harassed and stressed by them and having to replace food. Had he be willing to help it would of taken maybe 5-7 minutes, instead it took over 25 minutes. Your store is the worse and will be giving this review online for customers to go to other stores. Once I finish work I will definitely be returning all the food I purchased for a refund and take my business elsewhere. WORST STORE EVER. DO NOT GO TO THE ALEXANDRIA STORE ON 3526 KING STREET. These people do not care or are willing to help you.

I don't have a master lady. And if you don't like serving non whites go complain to Starbucks! Don't they have a no discrimination policy? Did not get what I ordered. I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. And instead I got some kind of chocolate frappuccino. And the lady took forever to make it. There were two people waiting in line that left because it was taking so long. I didn't want to correct her and have to wait another 10 minutes for her to make it. My daughter was with me and she was like Mom that is not what you ordered. Very disappointed and will not be going to this Starbucks again.

My experience was terrible I got called fat because of the amount of ingredients in my drink. This happened around 8:05am Friday December 10, 2021. I was so upset when I left Safeway Starbucks on King Street. Never got treated like that before at any other Starbucks being that this is my first time there. It was a African American women who took my order. It seem she had a hard time making my drink that why she said all those rude comments.. I hope you guys fix this issue because I will not be spending my hard earn money there no more

Stopped in to grab a quick cup of joe and a visit to the restroom. While this particular Starbucks location has excellent charm, there was no toilet paper in the rest room. Female patrons were giving each other a heads up that napkins might help. As far as the drink itself, it was Starbucks constitent.

Good coffee as usual. The iced latte was just the way I liked it. Staff was a little stiff and unfriendly but overall a good experience. Fast service.

This Safeway has got it ALL! I was highly impressed, super clean, Super fresh food and when I mean Super Fresh I'm talkin Super Fresh sushi. It sure was good!

The large lady that works here is rude and disrespectful.. you have the beg her for a napkin and then wait 30 minutes for her to give it to you. Worst Starbucks in the State of Virginia. Every day it opens at a different time. One day it opens at 10AM, the next day 1PM. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time coming to this location inside Safeway.
Starbucks has horrible service.
The barista who is the Starbucks manager did not properly have her mask on. When I made her aware her reply was " let them suspend me. It's not airborne anyway so as long as I do the other things and besides I will die from pre-existing conditions." then refused to give me ice because Safeway doesn't let her give free stuff but threw away half a container of frappucino....she is a horrible representation of any company.
