So it is 2:43 PM on November 21st 2024 I ordered a Vente iced caramel macchiato when I asked for a refill I was told I couldn’t get one on iced caramel macchiato when the thing says you get a free refill but the young lady the perky slightly chunky one said I couldn’t, but the thing says on the advertisement you can get a refill on any drink hot or cold and since I got a iced caramel macchiato, she told me I couldn’t. I have been driving over for about 6 months now and I have been to coffee shops all over the DMV. This Starbucks is consistently the best and it's not even close!When people think of Starbucks they think of almost its own type of culture and this Starbucks exemplifies that better than other!In this current day of horrible customer service, this Starbucks stands alone in providing fantastic customer service! People need to give them a break and cut them some slack. They’re amazing! This place is always packed between customers in store and online orders. They do the best they can without showing they’re overwhelmed or stressed. Always pleasant and if you’re standing there waiting they constantly check on you/update you on your order. If they get something wrong or you need an adjustment, they happily take care of you. I’m a medical professional who always has a long commute...
