I literally live within 2 minutes behind the Starbucks. I spent hundreds of dollars there for the past 3 years and just now 1st time. I needed to use the bathroom from doing Uber and didn't want to drive home. Young black girl maybe teenager says I have to purchase something to use the bathroom but 3 years no one ever told me that. I used the bathroom yesterday without buying anything. I'm not going there ever again. I will drive 10 miles away to give another place business because using the bathroom is important. I'm not a child. It's corporate greed. đđŸ 3 years and I and I have used the bathroom before without buying anything. Hundreds of dollars. I was there yesterday. I'm very upset. What if a family with a small child needed to stop and use the bathroom. I am not a homeless person which I see there have been homeless people around so I get it but that's how she treated me. I'm black but don't need to wear a suit to be treated like that by a teenager. The owner you lost a long-term customer. I actually like some of your staff but her no. I was so embarrassed in front of customers looking at me. I'm actually thinking about contacting corporate. The time is 7:43pm Aug 30 2025. I feel embarrassed and disrespected. I'm sure they don't tell everyone that. If that's discrimination because there's others reporting the same them this might be a legal matter. I have done customer service for years at my job. I never make any of my clients feel bad. Especially when they spend money. There's 21 1 star reviews which means that's a problem and it will get worse.

I realized after 4 hours, that I accidentally left my wallet in this Starbucks location, at N Beauregard Alexandria. The staff kept it safe until Iâm able to pick it up! Thank you â€ïž

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SUPER BAD VIBES FROM WORKERS!!! DID NOT WANT TO LET US USE THE RESTROOM!! THEY'RE VERY MISERABLE, WANTED A TIP FOR USE THE RESTROOM!! YOU CAN FIX THIS BY GETTING NEW EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES!! OLDER EMPLOYEES THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH CARE AND KINDNESS!! NOT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THAT HATE THEIR JOB!

Is it reasonable for this place's policy that if you work in delivery you are not allowed to use the bathroom unless you have purchased a drink or something else? Is this reasonable?
It is very, very slow most of the time. You will find yourself asking where your stuff is after 10 minutes. Itâs also slightly more expensive than other locations. Not sure why.
I asked for the restroom code and they told me ,â you have to buy something to use the restroom.â I had a coffee in my hand. Itâs so weird to see the employee tells customers something like this. I have been coming to this location for almost 11 years. I have never heard anything like that before. You lost a customer!!! Wonât ever come here again!!!
Stop wasting time arguing with people about the restroom being for customers only. Focus on fixing your disgusting restrooms and improving hygiene. Itâs unacceptable. Youâre raking in millions, yet your service is downright pathetic.
So, I am a DoorDash driver and came here to pick up an order. I wanted to use the restroom and the lady said âItâs only for customersâ. I replied âI am picking upâ, to what she replies âIt doesnât countâ. REALLY?
This place has discrimination for delivery drivers. The employees refused to give me the bathroom code I was a Uber driver and didn't purchase. I specifically asked the employees if I wasn't allowed to use the restroom because I was a Uber driver and she simply said YES

Pretty good location when theyâre not busy, they usually have two people working so I understand it can get hectic this review is more toward management because itâs busy why is there 2-3 people? When theyâre busy the food and coffee tastes so bad. Iâm already paying 8$+ for a coffee I should be hating myself drinking it. I ordered a drink and there was 25% missing like because I added light ice I get less milk and less coffee ??

Supervisor Ale is RUDE decides to be argumentative with me
waiting on a mobile order and the barista decides to stop and help a customer at the register that came after me. Prolonging the time my order was suppose to completed

Ridiculous behavior , worst customer service ever experienced from this place.
The Barista Ale was very nice and helped me figure out if i really wanted to try the new drink or not. She gave me her honest opinion with excellent feedback on customizing it to better suit my taste. The food did take longer than usual, but in their defense they took multiple drink orders behind mine. I wasnt upset as my drinks came out fast, the food only a minute later.
The cafe itself is quite clean, skinny long layout with few two-people seating, window high-seats, and one big shared table.
They default using to-go cups/bags but for here is available upon request.
