Staff is friendly and helpful. Food, is Starbucks don’t expect the ordinary. Although, I wish they had more sugar free options for the syrups like in some of the their locations in San Diego, CA
Athmosphere, is more of a grab and go place than a place that allows to sit down and socialize.

This is the third time I’ve visited this location, and unfortunately each experience has been disappointing. The first time, I ordered a hot chocolate that tasted like plain water, with no chocolate flavor at all. On my next visit, I ordered a chai latte and a vanilla latte, and both lacked flavor and tasted as if they were made with water instead of milk. Most recently, I decided to give it another chance and ordered a chai latte along with a pistachio latte. The pistachio latte had no pistachio flavor and tasted like a simple Americano.
I’m not sure why I continued to give this location multiple chances, but it’s clear that there are serious quality control issues. Compared to other Starbucks locations I’ve visited, this one is by far the most disappointing. Management should address consistency and ensure drinks are prepared according to Starbucks standards.

I was upset they didn't have Eggnog Latte this evening so I left. My suggestion place a huge order to be ready for the week of Christmas and New Year's Day. Since you weren't prepared, I left and bought NOTHING. Season's Greetings!
as a amazon driver on shift since 7 i would have hoped for the decency to use the restroom without purchase but alas after capitualting to purchasing tea for restroom access i then went in to see the resroom covered in pee and no TP left without even getting my tea

I usually go to the Starbucks. All the time, I only did a couple of online orders.But today my online order was wrong I asked sugar cookie latte with an extra shot which I got 9 pumps of sugar cookie. Stir up in my drink tastes like straight expresso. So I'm very disappointed in today. And I called 4 times and no one wanted to pick up the phone.

Is there’s anything lower than one star I won’t think twice about it.. VERY POOR management and customer service I order a drink and I ask for two packs of sugar on my drink and the barista dropped The empty back of sugar on my drink, and when I went there and ask for the manager, she wasn’t The supervisor I apologize and give me The manager card to email her I have sent an email to her. She never get back to me. I called the store like 100 time never answer me. I was there yesterday to grab a drink and I saw the manager was there she was still in the floor, fixing The cup display on the front I went to her to talk to her. She never do anything more than say I’m sorry while she was sitting in the floor Nothing happened for the inconvenience me drinking a coffee with Empty bag and sugar inside my coffee this is disgusting and unprofessional. Walked into this Starbucks wanted to get a tea and relax. Before ordering I walked to the bathroom and there was a code on the doors. I ask the guy behind the counter what’s the code he replied you have to be a customer to use the bathroom. I said I’m going to order but I need to use the bathroom first he says I don’t work here. I said then what are you doing behind the counter. He replied I don’t work at this store I said then ask someone he finally goes back there and asks the other guy. He comes back with the code. Why did I have to go through all that when I spend all this money at Starbucks????? This makes me want to part ways. Treat your customers like gold and they’ll stay loyal. Anyway I did buy my tea and walked out.

They give bad service, their employees always have a bad attitude with customers and do not want to use the bathroom and their food tastes good.

Ordered an iced pumpkin chai latte with *soy*. I called in today 09/13 at 12:52PM and spoke with a girl and confirmed with her to put soy milk and to reduce the pumps of chai to 2 and to replace the other 2 with pumpkin sauce instead. Baristas always make this customization if you don’t want too much chai. She argued with me that she didn’t want to do it as it’s an upcharge to sub this. I offered to pay the upcharge even though this is the first time I’m ever hearing of this. When I received my drink at home I saw that this was made with DAIRY milk and no pumpkin sauce was added at all, even though she confirmed she would. I really hope this was worth it to make your loyal customer stop ordering from here anymore.

I literally live within 2 minutes behind the Starbucks. I spent hundreds of dollars there for the past 3 years and just now 1st time. I needed to use the bathroom from doing Uber and didn't want to drive home. Young black girl maybe teenager says I have to purchase something to use the bathroom but 3 years no one ever told me that. I used the bathroom yesterday without buying anything. I'm not going there ever again. I will drive 10 miles away to give another place business because using the bathroom is important. I'm not a child. It's corporate greed. 👎🏾 3 years and I and I have used the bathroom before without buying anything. Hundreds of dollars. I was there yesterday. I'm very upset. What if a family with a small child needed to stop and use the bathroom. I am not a homeless person which I see there have been homeless people around so I get it but that's how she treated me. I'm black but don't need to wear a suit to be treated like that by a teenager. The owner you lost a long-term customer. I actually like some of your staff but her no. I was so embarrassed in front of customers looking at me. I'm actually thinking about contacting corporate. The time is 7:43pm Aug 30 2025. I feel embarrassed and disrespected. I'm sure they don't tell everyone that. If that's discrimination because there's others reporting the same them this might be a legal matter. I have done customer service for years at my job. I never make any of my clients feel bad. Especially when they spend money. There's 21 1 star reviews which means that's a problem and it will get worse.

I realized after 4 hours, that I accidentally left my wallet in this Starbucks location, at N Beauregard Alexandria. The staff kept it safe until I’m able to pick it up! Thank you ❤️

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! SUPER BAD VIBES FROM WORKERS!!! DID NOT WANT TO LET US USE THE RESTROOM!! THEY'RE VERY MISERABLE, WANTED A TIP FOR USE THE RESTROOM!! YOU CAN FIX THIS BY GETTING NEW EXPERIENCED EMPLOYEES!! OLDER EMPLOYEES THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH CARE AND KINDNESS!! NOT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS THAT HATE THEIR JOB!
