Yesterday when I left my break I went with a friend always from my work we know to go to this Starbucks to grab drinks many times they don't have the drinks that one wants the boy who attends attended to my friend and acted as if he didn't look that I wanted to order also when my friend was ordering he made a bad face and talked to a friend who was outside the bar then he went where I grabbed some details for my Christmas tree and wanted to order some drinks and he told me I can only charge you the details but I can't sell you something else because it's already 8:00 bone and I told him I have more than 15 minutes waiting for you to tell me this and I get angry he made gestures with his face and scolded me and waited more than 15 minutes to in the end not to sell me anything the truth I felt very bad bone I was in my break I was going for my drink and in the end tell me that where I waited for

Typical Starbucks but fast service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend if you’re on post.

We went to the Starbucks Saturday morning in the Safeway on 8646 Richmond Highway, Alexandria, VA at about 0930. We had this server who we have had before and is not very efficient or Friendly. We get the same thing every time. My wife ordered a Trente green ice tea for me and she got a vanilla skinny decaf latte. For some reason this time the server made my ice tea correct but made my wife’s cold. When my wife received her cold latte, and said she didn’t want a cold latte, the girl said you didn’t state you wanted it hot and if you want a hot latte you have to pay for both. My wife has never stated specifically a hot latte and always has received a hot one when we have been there in the past, and alway got a regular hot latte. We were late for where we were goingn so she didn’t want to argue, and after saying she wanted hot, and the server saying if she wanted hot she had to buy additional hot latte, she needed to buy a both the hot and cold latte, my wife just said I want a hot one and paid for a second one. If this is Starbucks policy, then we will probably stop going to Starbucks. I am pretty sure other coffee places would satisfy the customer. Very unhappy with this service.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve been too in a long time. Took almost ten minutes to even be acknowledged by the employee. Then once she finally accepted that there was a customer, she just mumbled and dragged her feet. Don’t recommend going here at all!

I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks inside Safeway recently, thanks to the fantastic customer service provided by Caroline. She was incredibly kind and super helpful at the desk, making sure my order was just right and even offering great suggestions. Caroline truly goes above and beyond for her customers, and her warm smile made my day. Plus, I couldn’t help but notice the adorable cat pins on her hat—they added such a fun and personal touch! I’ll definitely be returning, thanks to Caroline’s excellent service. Highly recommend stopping by!

If you witness how Starbucks treats its employees, it's truly appalling. Pair that with their consistently disappointing coffee and overly sweetened beverages, and it's clear their food offerings are practically fast food, making calorie counting futile. Their ethics concerning employee rights are alarming, demonstrating a disregard for fair labor practices and worker rights.
Starbucks' reputation for quality and ethical business practices has plummeted dangerously. They were placed on boycott lists in 2023 and 2025, which speaks volumes. While that may alleviate concerns about supporting them directly, the treatment of their staff at the branch level remains deeply troubling.

Love the cashiers and baristas but really hate that you cant order ahead or use the deals from the app. Had to go to a different Starbucks today to get the bogo reward. Not convenient at all.

Such an inconvenient location inside of the grocery store. The servers were bickering amongst each other while customers waited. They were out of a few things but at least my drink was made correctly.
