I had a wonderful experience at the Starbucks inside Safeway recently, thanks to the fantastic customer service provided by Caroline. Love the cashiers and baristas but really hate that you cant order ahead or use the deals from the app. Had to go to a different Starbucks today to get the bogo reward. Not convenient at all.
Such an inconvenient location inside of the grocery store. The servers were bickering amongst each other while customers waited. They were out of a few things but at least my drink was made correctly.
