I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I’ve had a few disappointing experiences at this location recently. My drinks have never been full, which is a major issue for me. I definitely won’t be returning.

Me and my sister went there today after a very long time, and I just wanted to take this time to write a review about the amazing baristas that we met today I did not catch one of the baristas name but the other ones name was Emily they both were very, very sweet. The Barista who took our order was very friendly and Emily kept making sure that. we were accompanied by someone and not waiting for long she also kept reassuring if we need anything which is 5 star service we need more baristas like them so SHOUTOUT TO THEM!!

Terrible espresso. Why is drinking 2 shots of espresso like drinking TNT? I swear, someone connected to Starbucks, Inc, must dox me, because no matter which store I go to, no matter which State it is in, I get served coffee which immediately negatively affects my mental well-being. I began to notice this a couple years ago, and now usually avoid ALL Starbucks locations, and coffee.

I wanted to use the restroom before placing my order and the lady at the counter was so rude and unprofessional about giving the passcode of the door.
The staff is rude and unhelpful. I wanted to leave but they had already took my $10. Four staff members and I was the only person in line, I waited four minutes for someone to acknowledge me and another eight minutes for my drink. When I asked for my money back, she said I had to wait and kept her back to me until my drink was ready. I am frustrated but genuinely feel like the drink tastes horrible. I Order the same thing all the time so why is it taste like crap today? Where is the caramel in this melted mess.

I ordered some drinks today, and this is how my tea looks I’m not sure why so much room was left in this cup. Even if it’s busy no one should be rushing like this, my daughter works at a Starbucks so I was informed that drinks shouldn’t even look like this and should be filled up more.
I go here all the time whenever I want Starbucks and the people here are nice and efficient. They always get my order right and sometimes write nice notes or simple greetings on my orders. I don't recommend the drive thru as it can get really busy at times.
P.s.: Try the pumpkin cream cold brew w/sugar free vanil. syrup 🤤🩷
