I rarely write negative reviews, but I believe feedback helps businesses improve. I ordered a Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino and the person taking the order kept asking if I want it caffeinated, to which I replied three times “No, I do not want caffeine“. When I was given my drink, I was surprised to receive a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino instead. I let Emily know about the mistake, and she told me that “there’s no such thing as a Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino—they’re the same drink.” She went on to insist again that the drink didn’t exist, which simply isn’t true.
I explained that if I had been told they didn’t offer the drink I wanted, I would have chosen something else. I did not agree to a Mocha Cookie Crumble. Emily’s attitude came across as dismissive and rude, and it seems she could use additional training—both on the menu and on customer service.
Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning.

The customer service here is awesome! They are always super busy but they always get my order right. The staff are super friendly and always great you when you walk through the door!

Been coming to this location since they open, and I’ used to love it!!! But today was the worse experience ever…. I went through the drive thru, I start ordening and the lady who was taking my order was giving me a bad attitude, I let go I finish my order I go through the window I pay and then she starts giving me my order… one of my orders was wrong, I let her know that I order a vanilla cream cold brew with vanilla foam on top as soon as tell her that instead of offering a remake replied with a you didn’t say that when you order… I told her a did… she gives me a nasty attitude… her face expressions were bad .. like she didn’t wanted to be there… I ask her if she was having a bad they and then she replies with a ARE YOU HAVING A BAD DAY… then I told her that I wanted to talk to a manager she said there was no manager only a shift leader!!! When shift leader comes to me I stared explaining what happen, I tod her her employee gave me a bad attitude and that it look that she was having a bad day. Shift leader says that I couldn’t be saying that… I told her that it was a bad customer service… she told me that the only thing I had to say was if I wanted a remake!!!! I ask for corporate phone number and she didn’t want to give to me , she only reply that I could look it up my self online!!!! I ask for her name she said it was Emely.. I ask for the lady who took my orders name and she didn’t want to give to me!!!!! While they were remaking my drink I could hear them whispering and looking at me… this is unacceptable!!! Horrible experience… nasty attitude.. bad customer service…. Never coming back to this location again!!! They should train shift leaders and employees to respect customers… and traet them in a nice way!!!! Definitely bad… if I could give a 0 star that Would be my rating!!!!

I’ve been to too many Starbucks because I love a lot. This is a good one always make it right and the guy Dan and there’s one other guy there that’s super nice I but this one is a good one.

Every time I order from this store they mess up my order. They refuse to read order notes and give me a half full drink. I don’t know who this Starbucks hires but they cannot read the order notes for delivery. I try to switch stores every time this one comes up on Uber but sometimes it will revert back to this store and I do not realize it until my order arrives messed up. Then I will go back and look at my order and see the same culprit.

Poor service and wait time
The staff for my order wrong then instead of fixing it they gave me the same messed up item and on top of that I asked for a cup holder and the lady completely ignored me I did not feel valued at all
