The drinks there have no flavor. They run out of everything they need. It’s terrible overall. The employee was on the phone while making my drink. So maybe that explains why it tasted so bad.

had to leave a review because i was instantly greeted enthusiastically as soon as i entered and even when i left. also this was the best coffee i’ve ever gotten from any starbucks. the whole team is sweet and friendly!

Need to hire someone to measure the straws for the cups. If you order the large size they give you a straw half the size of the cup and then it sinks into the cup and you can’t drink or get it out. So stupid

I was just served a whole milk latte made with milk that had turned. I went back to let them know and trade it for a cup of regular coffee, which was burnt. No effort made to offer a refund or throw in a food item to try to make up for it. Disappointed.

Probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. I would legit like to have “Good morning, morning, morning, welcome, welcome to New York, Merry Christmas.” guy be the first person I run into everywhere. But every member of the staff there is awesome. The store seems to have solid employee retention, food and drink is always on point, and they’re insanely fast. It has a cool local community vibe as well.

Walking into this location feels like entering a morbid and dark grave, with an atmosphere that reflects the dismal state of their practices.
If you witness how Starbucks treats its employees, it's truly appalling. Pair that with their consistently disappointing coffee and overly sweetened beverages, and it's clear their food offerings are practically fast food, making calorie counting futile. Their ethics concerning employee rights are alarming, demonstrating a disregard for fair labor practices and worker rights.

Starbucks' reputation for quality and ethical business practices has plummeted dangerously. They were placed on boycott lists in 2023 and 2025, which speaks volumes. While that may alleviate concerns about supporting them directly, the treatment of their staff at the branch level remains deeply troubling.

The only negative is that the umbrellas over the tables don’t Bloch the sun in bright days. I know the sun moves, but these don’t seem to be in positions to ever block the sun.
Otherwise, no complaints more than any other Starbucks that may have the music too loud.
