Let me tell you about Lula—aka the bomb.com. This woman is the true definition of excellent customer service. I walked in half-asleep, and her energy? Instant caffeine boost! 💥
She was warm, welcoming, and made me feel like a regular even though it was my first time at that location. Her attention to detail? On point. Her vibe? Impeccable. Her smile? Unmatched.
If you ever find yourself at this Starbucks and Lula is there—consider your day made. She’s a whole mood and an even better barista.

Shazma, she is very good! 5 minute before they closed, she still served me that tasty Cherry Cream Chai. Even though everything was washed and ready for the store to be closed. Thanks again. This is truly professional.

There were 5 people working behind the counter. Still waited over 20 minutes to be serviced and served. One lady came after me, who may have been a regular or employee but she received both her items before me due to someone personally servicing only her

What can I say it's Starbucks I have yet to visit one that I was not completely satisfied with although all I ever get when I go to Starbucks is tea but I'm always so impressed by the courteous treatment everyone receives from the staff it's very pleasing
