Worst customer service lady did not even attempt to make a decent coffee. I ask for a Expresso coffee , dont even know how to.make one . Came here today 03/05/ time 3.10 Pm . I ask her to remake it and i pay for a new one . She said she cant make it . Great customer service!

Staff was inexperienced and did not have ingredients that every other Starbucks location I've been to seems to have. I also assume that the extra $1 I paid goes to Target for them being there.

These young ladies were not only rude and slow, they did not make my caramel crunch Frappuccino correctly. They were out of whipped cream- in a store that has groceries? She made my drink the first time, didn’t close the lid, and the drink was spilling everywhere. I had to ask for a new cup, and she gave it to me with no caramel. Won’t be back ever again, couldn’t tip. Such a shame.

Had the oddest experience?? Ordered a coffee frappuccino with coconut milk. The lady at the cashier (short, dark curly hair?) kept asking me to pause on what I was saying because she was trying to rearrange the cups, which was understandable, so i said it again clearly for her after she got the correct cup. She still seemed a bit disconnected to what i was saying, though. Because I'm sensitive to milk, I watched the barista person (the one actually making the drink) make it, and she made it with regular milk. I nicely asked her if she made it with coconut milk, and since she didn't, she offered to remake it with no upcharge. Super nice and professional. As I was the leaving, the dark curly haired lady left her station and went up to me, confrontationally, to tell me that I infact did not say coconut milk (even though I said it twice??) and rather than argue with her, I decided to leave. I didn't know what to do in this situation? It was extremely unprofessional and really unnecessary, given that I wasn't being rude about it and even asked if they wanted me to pay the upcharge. The person making the drinks was really nice, though.

Just your average Starbucks inside a Target. Get yourself a cup of coffee and enjoy it while shopping around, especially since the shopping carts are now equipped with 2 cup holders. I've ordered here a few times when I'm on my morning errand. There's usually only one person working and sometimes there are a few people waiting--waiting to put in an order or waiting for their order. I'd say the average wait time is can be 1-3min. There is a decent drink menu and seasonal options throughout the year. My usual order is a Caramel Macchiato and sometimes it's a little too sweet or just right. I appreciate their breakfast options, which contains a good variety. It seems a newer item on the menu is an impossible breakfast sandwich (faux-sausage patty with egg and cheese). There are even some pastry options like a cheese danish and croissant. I like that there are always cake pops, a special treat for a successful shopping trip.

No one was taking orders for over five minutes despite the line of six people with three employees behind the counter not obviously doing anything. The two working on orders seemed to be very confused about something, meanwhile the person at the register was not taking orders but didn’t seem to know how to help the other two. Basically everything was at a standstill.
