I love this Starbucks MAINLY for the William. He is so nice like genuinely the most amazing barista I have had I think ever lol. I come back for the atmosphere here because it is calm and relaxing and the long window booth is very comfortable and it's easy to work here.

As a frequent patron and one of my favorite Starbucks in the region , I stopped for a cup of cold water as I was riding my bike during a hot day and didn’t want any beverage . I got the response of no water without a purchase . Welcome to the new hospitality of Starbucks . Disappointed .

As a long time rewards member I suggest buying on CardCash or GCX Starbucks gift cards for 5-10% off and loading it from your Starbucks app. Staff is nice, remade a couple drinks that was my fault I accidentally spilled. i wish there was more indoor seating

Love this Starbucks! It’s bright and airy. The service is fantastic. Barista Jada will make you the best damn espresso macchiato you’ve had. And she’s a gem of a human.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks. The barista was very rude and store was dirty and messy. To make things worse, they gave me the wrong drink. Instead of remaking it properly, they just took it back, opened the lid, and added the missing ingredients. That’s completely unacceptable. I won’t be back again.

Usually have the greatest experience here but today my family and I had a very condescending customer service experience with Will and Meg. Will was extremely irritated as soon as we walked up to the counter. There was a lot of eye rolling and huffy and puffing as we ordered and once we received our order many of our items were not fully cooked nor cooked to our request. My family was hesitant to say anything because of his already not so friendly customer service but I decided to say something anyway. And when I did he was very argumentative and was only interested in what he had already done not offering a solution. When Meg approached the situation she explained the couldn’t take the food back for bacteria purposes but a new one could be made. Which i got but was also like obviously you can’t take it back just offer me another one from the beginning. I’ve never had so much dialogue about fixing an order drink or food at any Starbucks. Once he remade my food it was burnt to a crisp and not even edible. I asked for my food to be cooked thoroughly not burnt. So now I took it as Will attempting to be sarcastic condescending and rude. I understand everyone has an off day so I’m hoping this could be used as a coaching moment for both Will and Meg especially with Meg being a manager. As someone who was recently a top 11% spender in the entire nation with Starbucks I do have an expectation for service and product and today was not it.

I stopped at this Starbucks and asked how a drink was made. The lady Jada who didn’t have a name tag on. Seemed to have woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning, I understand things happen in life but to bring it to work and project on others is not ok. I asked a question about not having so much milk she replied “ it’s not going to be a full cup with less milk, I said that’s fine you can add more ice . She replied “ that’s what I said “ with an attitude. I’ll take my refund on my coffee and go to another Starbucks.

Meg the store manager was very rude didn’t let me get a courtesy cup of water had to make a purchase just to get water. She said that the rule was just made today. Don’t recommend going here!
