Why doesn’t this location accept Starbucks rewards? Honestly super lame, they don’t accept mobile orders and then also say they can’t scan you in to get your points.

I finished drinking my coffee and realized there was mold. I called the store just to make them aware and they told me that having mold in my cup was “impossible.” No apologies. They did not believe what I was telling them. I will not be returning. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

This is the third day in a row and fifth time overall I have attempted to grab literally anything from this location only for there to be no employee present for an extended period of time. Yesterday there were four people in line for about 10 minutes after i showed up before I gave up and left.

The Ethiopian or Somalian lady scream “Hot or iced” before I could finish my sentence. Still got my drink wrong and told The girl with fake bronze hair and she said Ok well throw it way and started to complain to her coworker next to her.

This place is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to in my entire life. The guy who works here has a pretty bad attitude problem. It wasn't even busy, I was the only customer. I was thinking about what size of the drink to get and it literally took me two seconds to decide, and he made a "did u make up your mind yet" face. The store is nasty and not clean, never coming here again.
Google says the place is open and when I drove 15 mins, the employee says she has closed as there weren’t any customers since the past 1 hour. I drove 15 mins just to find this out. And this happened to me twice !

Yesterday got two ice Carmel macchiato, but the workers gave me two drinks that look lice a science experiment for school. Honestly call this place shitbucks but this is sad. I even heard the workers complain they barely have any business and do nothing all day.
