I love my local Stone Hot Pizza. My favorites are the salads, pizzas and calzones and wings when you feel like them have never let me down, pickup window usually between 15 and 20 min unless it's a busy weekend

This was our first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We went for a small celebration and ordered three pizzas—two steak and one buffalo chicken. One of the steak pizzas came out completely different from what we usually get at other Stone Hot Pizza locations. It was missing toppings, and the crust was burnt.
When I mentioned this to the waiter, he cut me off and insisted it wasn’t burnt, saying that’s just how the garlic cooks, and pointed out that we had already taken a few slices. The customer service felt rude and dismissive, and the overall quality here does not compare to other Stone Hot Pizza locations. It really ruined the mood of what should have been a fun celebration.

First time trying Stone Hot Pizza. The worker was nice and my online order was ready on time. The classic pizza was okay. The nutella banana coconut pie isn't really an actual pie and my order had no banana or coconut on it. Just crust and nutella.
The delivery driver was about 10 minutes early, but no big deal. Fortunately, there was only light traffic coming home. The crust was a little soggy. Probably could have used another a minute in the hearth.

My wife and I got a pizza and the garlic bread sticks planning on eating half and saving the rest for later. But the food was so delicious, we ended up eating it all in one meal! I highly recommend the hot honey pepperoni pizza. It was delicious! The only downside is it leaves your fingers sticky with delicious honey...

I ordered this pizza for the family based on some 5 star reviews. I should have read the other ones. The pizzas were undercooked, I ordered well done, the cheese was not melted and the crust was floppy. We put them in the oven to crisp up and it really had no flavor. It was like going to a dive bar and ordering a flat bread pizza appetizer. The staff was friendly. Would not order again.
