Terrible atmosphere, very bad atmosphere and terrible attitude, the three women who serve, in addition to receiving the sandwich order poorly, allow themselves to make negative comments against me, even calling me a "little man" after my complaint about the terrible service, I hope That there is a Manager who verifies the videos of this place, and realizes the deplorable attention we receive. I really want and demand an explanation. This place is run by people who shouldn't even be selling rocks on any roadside. I am being systematically offended by the three people at the counter, who make comments including about my personal life, and "how I will treat my wife"... after asking him to be silent and that I do not allow him to speak to me that way ..... I had to get up from the table where I was pretending to eat..... What's wrong with them??? This is incredible and unacceptable....!!! I have never been treated this way, and it is embarrassing for the Franchise that they have such a disgusting level of customer service!!!! I am more than outraged, not even in the worst and dirtiest market in Central America would this woman serve me this way while I am with my two daughters, she is literally offending and humiliating me by making very loud comments against me. This is truly a real shame of a place... I have recorded this with my phone and I am going to publish it so that people do not fall into this place. I don't know who the owner is... but after seeing the reviews from other clients, I imagine that he doesn't care, he doesn't care in the slightest about anything and that's why they hire that kind of people. To make matters worse, not even the telephone is enabled to call and speak with a Manager, and it would not surprise me if one of those despicable people who serve there is a "Manager." Personally, I would not hire those 3 women to even classify waste in a garbage dump or recycler..... I will insist with updates until I see that these people are fired since I have never experienced this level of offenses..... but in the end one is to blame for going to eat in these places who hire anyone without considering the consequences

Went in for some food with my daughter, she ordered her normal meal (no peppers at all), and went to go see if she wanted a drink and when she got back her sandwich was done, the lady didn’t ask if i wanted anything and started ringing up my daughters meal, i told her i would like something to, ordered my normal meal, she didn’t ask and just assumed i wanted mine toasted, i didn’t it makes the cheese to hard when cooled, i didn’t say anything because it doesn’t matter, well she rung us up and we went to go sit down my daughter opens her sandwich and it has almost all the peppers on it, so she took it up and said “This isn’t right, i asked for NO peppers.” So the lady remakes it and the bread is like squishy and has some gray stuff on it (not mold) so she just eats it and we get out asap. Yea terrible place never going back.

Store close @ 9:00pm. I was inside the store @ 8:47pm. I asked for 3 Italian herb foot long. Staff said she can only sell me only 2 white and 1 Italian herb and cheese bread. Because they have to keep each one of bread for tomorrow morning. I asked staff again you have 3 Italian and herb cheese bread which I can see. Again she repeated saying that she has to keep for tomorrow morning. So I ended up buy 2 white and 1 Italian herb. My kids were really upset and started crying in store. I’m spent 43.39. I don’t recommend going to store during closing time. As businessmen I can say It’s not staff problem. It’s the management problem. Staff only follow instructions from their boss. Breads are not made on daily basis. They keep the bread which are made day before.

I don’t want to be too harsh but this is not a good Subway. It’s a consistently poor experience. I would have rated 2 Stars but a bottle of Coca Cola is $3+ which is ridiculous.

Every time I come here it's more inconvenience, with more whiny signs posted everywhere about how it's not the business' fault. "Oh no we can't accept normal subway promotions that everybody else somehow can, because of the labor shortage." "Oh no we had to replace all the ingredients with random stuff you may or may not be allergic to because of supply chain issues, good luck with that." "Oh no we had to close ALL the bathrooms because noncustomers use them and cleaning supplies are just soooo expensive." It's hard out there for all companies and consumers, stop whining and take some responsibility for your own business. Would not surprise me in the least if this owner reduces wages and steals their employees' tips too and blames everyone else for making them do it.
They supposed to close at 7:30 pm, the door was locked at 7:05pm ???
they didn’t ask me what type of cheese. or even the option for cheese it was overall not a good service
