Ordered on line, 2 foot longs with foot long cookie. Employee said cookie was in the bag, a single cookie was there. I had to wait while fl cookie was made. No apology, no thanks for waiting. Never again!

I come to the 4 or 5 times per week. The staff are always cordial. I commend them all, but give special cudos to the store manager Emma. Great business demeanor while also making you feel very welcome.

- the Italian BMT I ordered was pretty good, the meat seemed fresh but the veggies didn't seem the most fresh. Everything had decent flavor for the most part. The lady didn't understand that I wanted red wine vinegar and oregano on it though.
- prices are normal for the area.
- place was clean and organized.
- staff were mostly all friendly.
- a little small on the inside so when busy it can be annoying.
- overall not the worst subway I've ever had.

I placed an order online for a footlong turkey and ham sandwich. I went and picked up my food and came back to my job to have my lunch. When I opened my sandwich there was no ham just a few slices or turkey and it was overloaded with the veggies. I called to advise that my food was incorrect, and they don't even answer the phone. I work at the urgent care in the shopping center, so I grab lunch from here all the time and it just seems like my food is always wrong.
BEYOND DIRTY IN THE INSIDE, FLOORS LOOK LIKE THEY HAVENT BEEN SWEPT, NO TABLES WERE CLEAN SO ME & MY HUSBAND COULDNT EAT IN.. NO SANITARIES HAD ANYTHING IN IT.. I WONT BE RETURNING

The lady who works at this location today on June/28/22 was coughing and she even sneezed on my sandwich while making it, she didn’t care to change my sandwich or ask an apologize plus she cleaned her nose on her shoulder.The worse dirty place beings COVID and flues in people food.I can’t eat it now and going to sleep hungry but will keep to return it by any other staff by tomorrow.
