First, if you happen to visit this store between the hours of 2:45-4:00 it’s the WORST! The high school kids from the nearby school descend on this entire area and it’s terrible! The ratings for this store are terrible, but the people are friendly, professional and very nice. The food was fresh, and the portions were plentiful. Again, avoid the timeframe I’ve listed, but truly show this store some Business due to their lovely staff.

I thought they had just repackaged someone else’s leftovers. The portions here keep getting smaller. it just feels like bread with a bit of Philly steak. I really wish I could upload the photo I have. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to

Might be the worse run subway in NOVA. Continually get the wrong order when ordering, and communicating with staff is next to impossible. Don’t know how subway corp allows this franchise to continue. Truly hope the manager reads reviews but somehow I doubt it.

I come to the 4 or 5 times per week. The staff are always cordial. I commend them all, but give special cudos to the store manager Emma. Great business demeanor while also making you feel very welcome.

- the Italian BMT I ordered was pretty good, the meat seemed fresh but the veggies didn't seem the most fresh. Everything had decent flavor for the most part. The lady didn't understand that I wanted red wine vinegar and oregano on it though.
- prices are normal for the area.

- a little small on the inside so when busy it can be annoying.
- overall not the worst subway I've ever had.

I placed an order online for a footlong turkey and ham sandwich. I went and picked up my food and came back to my job to have my lunch. When I opened my sandwich there was no ham just a few slices or turkey and it was overloaded with the veggies. I called to advise that my food was incorrect, and they don't even answer the phone. I work at the urgent care in the shopping center, so I grab lunch from here all the time and it just seems like my food is always wrong.
