TERRIBLE and rude customer service they have bad attitude !!!!!!, I asked her to add extra onions to my sandwich she put less than extra I feel like she is doing that on purpose!!! This is not the first time that happened, every time I am asking for extra topping they don’t put !!! These staff are extremely rude people :/

Restaurant was very dirty where the lid cups were dirty. The floors were dirty. Great customer service but dirty restaurant. Feel a little sick to my stomach after eating my Subway sandwich.

Owner was rude and nearly refused to sell me anything because we had an argument about coupons. Lied about which sandwiches the coupon was good for and then said she doesn’t accept any of them, that she wouldn’t be able to afford rent if she accepted coupons. Said it felt deceptive and unfair that Subway sends these out and there was nothing saying that until we got to checkout and there should be a sign on the front of the store. She said don’t tell her how to run her business she doesn’t need to do that and she already had a sign. Went and looked and the sign was flipped around away from the customers. I was upset but she made it worse with her attitude. Will not go back to this location and told her I was leaving a bad review.

I ordered 2 subs online on 1/25/2024 to be picked up at 5:45pm EST. Upon entry of the restaurant the staff was very rude. I picked my online order after standing about 9 minutes at the counter. I arrived home to notice that after eating over half of the tuna sub there was a noticeable eye lash in the mayo. I immediately threw up and put the remaining of the sub in the trash. My partner attempted to eat the other meatball sub and noticed the sub was dry meaning little to no oil or marina. After he bought that to my attention I advised him to stop eating and let me take the sub back to the restaurant. I arrived at 6224 on 1/26/2024 at approximately 10:20am, I asked for the manager and a rude heavy set male was very combative. He stated “I can not do that” “I can not do that” “you need to come back at night”. He proceeded to walk off to service another customer before completing the conversation with me. I asked him to repeat what he stated. He repeated while waving his hand at me “ you need to come back tonight. I can not do”.

The bread was toasted. No where in my order did I request that either subs bread be toasted.

I will be filing a consumer complaint with BBB and any other agencies about my experience.

The experience here was more than horrible not to mention, there is a cut up box on the floor (suppose to be a rug) when you enter the restaurant.

Totally ghetto and unprofessional.

Been going there off and on for about a year now and they're always friendly always polite and very fast at getting you what you order and it's honestly one of the cleaner Subway

This store closes earlier than the time posted! Customer service from the little Spanish lady at night is very rude!!! Restaurant food needs to stay up until close and not early because the staff want to go home! Not good business!

Subway is a restaurant that has employees who endure screams. It is a restaurant where they limit the number of vegetables and people arrive who like everything extra, but as a customer we only pay attention to our delicacy when ordering, we never see what the employee does to prepare us. our food people like from the middle east, dark-skinned people, they are delicate people who insult even if the food preparer is friendly, people with problems arrive from outside and take out their anger on the frail person who is the food preparer for a half mistake or because Leda You have to respect whoever serves you the food. Little River has a very clean, fresh subway. The food is very nice. Be friendly and they will be nice to you.
