Accidentally ordered to the wrong store and immediately called to cancel the order, after 5 calls going unanswered, i finally got an employee to answer. I explain the issue to them and they tell me that they cant cancel it because theres no manager on shift to cancel it. No problem, I call this morning as instructed by the employee and finally get ahold of the manager. (again, after 5 failed calls). I explain the situation to the manager and he tells me that they can't refund the order because they already made the order. I tell him that I called the store immediately after the order was placed and then he keeps saying that they already made the order. The only resolution he gave me was to come pickup the order that they had sitting in the freezer overnight???? Completly disgusting to offer a customer a sandwich thats been sitting around for 24 hours. It cannot be that hard to refund a $20 order.

I ordered a sandwich online the mobile app. Didn’t realize it was the wrong store. I called the right store no answer. Couldn’t leave work to get it so I had my gf call to see if I could get it remade. They told my gf that I could get it remade after I got off. However I didn’t get off in time. So the next day wed April 30. I tried to call so I could get it remade or compensated. They told me I had to wait for the manager and he would be there in the morning or I could call customer service. Tried customer service and it doesn’t even work. So I waited till may 1 and called the store no manager was present and the person the phone was very rude. This subway need to to be reviewed by corporate and a new manager needs to be put in place. Can’t even get anyone in corporate to answer

WORST LOCATION, food and service.
I went to get two subs for my spouse and me, and unfortunately, I had the displeasure of being served by Shah at the counter.
We greeted him politely, but he completely ignored us. While ordering a double cheese sub, he only added a regular amount of cheese. When I pointed it out, he tossed the extra cheese onto the sandwich with clear annoyance.
As concerning as his attitude was, what disturbed me more was his behavior toward a group of teenagers who entered the store. The entire time he was preparing my order, he kept staring at the group—especially a young girl. After we got our food and sat down, we overheard him asking the girl if the boys with her were “just friends,” which came across as extremely inappropriate and disturbingly predatory.
While we ate, we also noticed a stark difference in how he interacted with male customers that were arriving, treating them with at least respect.

I bought 4 footlongs online. Once I got home I saw they were made wrong. I had the hot honey pepperoni, the outlaw, cheesy garlic, and the chicken bacon ranch. ALL made wrong. Was not made like the description. Each sandwich was missing the elements that made it what they were and DRY!! I will not be coming back to this location. I would really like a credit for this. It wasn't nothing special added to the sandwiches. Just ordered them the way they were to try.

Terrible experience, horrible customer service, pathetic how badly the sandwiches were made, and worse yet they tried to tell me all but 5 subs are not eligible for a coupon that LITERALLY states what specific exclusions there are. Will be reporting this location to corporate. I took pictures of the coupon, the subs, and wrote down the names of the employees who were unbearable. Actually the worst subway experience I've ever had. They tried to nickel and dime me, refused any logic or fine print specifications, and again made some of the smallest portioned food I've ever seen. Disgusting and reprehensible service all around. Stay away.

I asked for extra pickles and they counted out 6 pickles that is supposed to be included in a footlong and said it would be extra $ for more. I have since gone to different subways and never was once told I need to pay more for extra pickles.

My mom went in to use her coupon she'd been saving from the mail, but she had some trouble ordering with the hijabi woman taking orders today. She was trying upsell something my mom didn't want and ended up not using her coupon, because she did'nt understand what she was saying when she asked to use her coupon. She ended up paying more.

I was trying to make an order online. It didn't go through. They never let me know if it was ready or failed or what happened. But they still charged me like I got the order. This is wrong. I've never been to this place at all.
