Ok where to start here - Horrible quality of food. The Italian bread for the sub I ordered was rock solid inedible. And of course it wasn't until it was unwrapped at home that it was discovered.The woman who made the sub was extremely rude and clearly unhappy in her job. Whoever she is was working on 9/10/23 at around 4:00 pm. Customer service is terrible here, they treat their customers as if they are bitter enemies but love to take your money. For a restaurant that customers choose to go to, this place treats customers as if they're prisoners, hateful of everyone they serve. AVOID this place, they do not deserve business. This place actually should be getting NO stars. Never going back!

It has been a little time since I have been over there but prior to that I had been coming to this Subway maybe once every other week for over two years. Staff have always been great, even when very busy. I have always seen them working with people on their orders, however complex or numerous. I have never had any issues with their food despite having a few food allergies.

I was trying to make an order online. It didn't go through. They never let me know if it was ready or failed or what happened. But they still charged me like I got the order. This is wrong. I've never been to this place at all.

I believe I had to deal with the owner today. I had a coupon for 2 foot long subs. He looked at the coupon and told us what subs we were allowed to order. We ordered 2 steak and cheese subs that he told us the coupon would work for. When he rang us up, he charged us for the premium Philly sub so the coupon wouldn't work and then would not acknowledge the coupon. He did the exact same thing to the customer in front of us, too. The owner is a shady businessman who is ripping people off. Do not go here if you have a coupon. He will rip you off and make you pay full price.

Online and on the door, it states it closes at 10pm from Monday - Friday. This location was fully closed at 9:40pm on a Wednesday.

Terrible customer service. Was huffing and puffing when asking for toppings on subs. Soda out of the fountain was not carbonated. Juice looks like it was more than a day old. Would not recommend.

I was yelled at for trying to use the bathroom before ordering. They asked me to leave a tip. What kind of fast food place requires tips?

Terrible service. For years i have brought my 6 kids to this establishment after softball practice but they always take too long. Today i had a simple order of 32 footlongs and it took them 20 MINUTES??? . After contacting management 13 times they finally offered a gift card to silence me of the truth? BRIBERY I SAY!!! this establishment should be shut down immediately. Just know subway that I will be posting this on FACBOOK, and that you just lost a loyal subway customer since 1998???#downwithsubway2022
