Unbelievable. This is how the people in Alexandria Virginia treat people. Money was taken off my card for food, that never went to the store for my online order. I went to the store to find out something about the order and I was greeted with much hostility. To sum it up, this Subway franchise needs to be closed. Subway you're not giving away free food and if I have questions concerning a transaction, why are you acting like my money doesn't mean something to me.

I’m the younger sister Maria was talking about. I have never seen something like this in my entire life and I hope I never see it again. Once me and my older sister heard the way the employees were talking to an elderly asian man we both looked at each other because we could immediately tell something was wrong. Even though both parties were struggling a little to understand each other I believe that it could’ve been handled way better on the employees part. My dad’s an immigrant from Honduras and the thought of him being treated the same way that the Asian man was being treated made me a little sick. The details are in my sister review so I’m keeping it short. I hope this isn’t a repeated action.

I came here with my little sister , and witnessed the most racist altercation I have seen in a while. It was very heartbreaking, an elderly Asian man who spoke English perfectly but with an accent was asking for extra things on his sub (which he said he was willing to pay for), both of the employees said no. After a while of him asking for extra onions, it was not given to him. The man proceeded to say he was willing to pay for the onions, the employees kept saying no but in a way that was making the rest of the customers uncomfortable. The man finally decided he will not proceed with the 3 subs he had. And the 2 employees instead of trashing the subs proceeded to put the items back where they picked them up from. I assured the man that he was not the problem. He took a picture of them and I hope he as well leaves a review. This could be somebodies father and no one wants to see another person get treated horribly because of a language barrier.

Terrible customer service. I ordered online and received a completely empty sandwhich. Literally bread with black pepper sprinkled on it. When confronting the manager about it l, i was told "nothing can be done". Never will i go to this location again. i will travel the extra 2 miles to avoid this place.

Ordered through the app because of the discounts. When we arrived they told us they had not received our order. We showed them proof that the order was sent to this location and the confirmation of receipt/payment. The staff refused to help or find a solution.We decided to cancel and reorder on the app, but when we tried, it said this location was “offline”. We told them this but still, no help. We now have to dispute the order with our bank so we’re not charged.I work in customer service and would never treat people this way. They were more concerned with being right than getting our business.We went out of our way to visit this location because we’ve always had the best service here. That ended tonight.We were able to reorder from another location, and will not be returning to this store.Avoid this location.

Worst customer service!!! Went to pick up and order we placed on line asked for the bread to be toasted watched them start to make the sandwich without toasting the bread as requested had to ask them three times to toast the bread then because I knew I would be there and be picking it up. I was gonna have them put items in while I was there, the person making the sandwich said no I’m going by the order! She did not care that she was making my sandwich. I will go out of my way to never use this subway again.
