Mobile ordered 2 footlong subs and picked them up. When we got home and opened the bag we got 1 footlong and 1 six inch. Called the restaurant but no answer so left a message; no returned call.

Don't go to this Subway. They are super stingy with toppings, apparently as a matter of policy. And the sandwich makers do not listen. When I asked for more black olives after the sandwich maker put on a tiny amount, I was told she could not as a matter of policy. If so, that's not her fault, but it doesn't recommend the restaurant management. What is her fault is when I asked for one thin stripe of mayo and she put on 4X what I asked for before I finally got her to stop. There are plenty of Subways around. Go to a better one.

Was going to dine in, and ordered my sandwich and I asked for a cup for water. She says, “We don’t have that”… uhhh… maybe I could understand a policy of not giving out water to people who didn’t order anything, but this is the first time I’ve been denied water when I already paid for food. I guess business is so bad that they want to force you to pay for bottled water.

My sub was supposed to be toasted but it tasted like it was straight from the freezer. Lettuce looks like it was not washed, very brown and dirty. I can taste the e.coli by just looking at it. Service was alright. But the place seem so dirty. I wouldn't recommend coming to this subway. Maybe the whole franchise is just going downhill from here I assume. I would have made my own sandwich but unfortunately groceries are high. I feel like the meats here aren't even true meat. Mystery meat.

I made a online order to pick up today at 5pm when I get there and ask the person for my order he answered with a bad attitude telling my order is not there I told him to check with the order number and he didn't want to. when I told him he has a bad customer service guest what he found my order but said he will give it to me is I day sorry to him

The Monster sandwich was great. I'd recommend getting extra meat on it if you're not big on the additional toppings. Customer service could use some help. I was one of only two people in there. Not friendly or inviting. You have to know exactly what you want. Not very patient and not able to give recommendations.
