My sub was supposed to be toasted but it tasted like it was straight from the freezer. Lettuce looks like it was not washed, very brown and dirty. I can taste the e.coli by just looking at it. Service was alright. But the place seem so dirty. I wouldn't recommend coming to this subway. Maybe the whole franchise is just going downhill from here I assume. I would have made my own sandwich but unfortunately groceries are high. I feel like the meats here aren't even true meat. Mystery meat.

I made a online order to pick up today at 5pm when I get there and ask the person for my order he answered with a bad attitude telling my order is not there I told him to check with the order number and he didn't want to. when I told him he has a bad customer service guest what he found my order but said he will give it to me is I day sorry to him

By far, this is the best Subway I've ever had. They make their sandwiches PERFECT, like a science. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, I wish I had a a Subway this consistent back home.

The Monster sandwich was great. I'd recommend getting extra meat on it if you're not big on the additional toppings. Customer service could use some help. I was one of only two people in there. Not friendly or inviting. You have to know exactly what you want. Not very patient and not able to give recommendations.

This Subway location is the best that I have stumbled upon. I have a Subway in my hometown and rarely visit; the employees are mostly teenagers. Enough said. My food was prepared by Mr. Rubel (Roo-bell). It was hot, prepared exactly as I asked, and served with a smile. The parking area was easy in and out, with no problems getting around this small strip of businesses. The bathrooms were spotless on the day I visited. The restaurant was clean with no trash, dirt, or dust anywhere. The tables were all wiped down with chairs pushed in. All emplyees were working hard, going about their duties and preparing for the day. It was early, between eight and ten in the morning. I was welcomed, pleasantly served, and thanked for patronizing this Subway by Mr. Rubel. After I left and got in my vehicle I decided to get a few pics and write a review because the service cleanliness and quality of food here were exceptional. I thought maybe I dreamed the whole encounter. Nope. I went back inside and Mr. Rubel was interacting with another customer. He was so pleasant and accommodating that I realized I had stumbled across a true Gem. I will stop here again for sure.

Ridiculously low level of customer service wanted a advertised sandwich with the chicken subbed out for a different same value chicken. Was told that would be extra and they can’t make me the same sandwich when I told them how about I make a custom sandwich. She gave me a look like I was stupid. unbelievable customer treatment. I also heard them saying, then make the sandwich without the extra items, and that the only thing that can be subbed out is vegetables which are technically free.Do yourself a favor and don’t eat at this location. These people are terrible.
