Honestly even given the dirt poor standards that subway has become, this place manages to lower them even further.The staff seems to think being there is more of a burden than a job and won't put any care into your order and will short change the amount.As mentioned before they often talk about you openly in Spanish.Just get your food somewhere else

2 stars!This subway should close down and be replaced with a Chik Fil A. It's one of the worse ones I've visited.Food - terrible.Sandwiches - not worth the money for 2 pieces of meat. You get all bread.Staff - not friendly, get orders wrong, act like they don't want to be there, always speaking in another language than EnglishI recommend eating somewhere else.

I’m not sure if they just had a rough day or rushing to close but they were extremely rude, act like they didn’t know what I’m talking about when I asked for a kids meal and was overall just unfriendly, Not knowledgeable about their products and rude. Do better!

This privately owned branch has very negative reviews because it refuses to accept coupons. It has staff from S America that don't understand English requests. When I went there they initially said they would accept a $5 bonus coupon for a gift card a week prior but when I returned yesterday they reneged and charged the gift card because the staff had no idea what they were doing. Then ended up concerning after I spoke to the manager on the employee's cell phone and refunded the purchase in cash. However, when they made the sandwich the lettuce was yellow (poor quality). Their stated reason for not accepting coupons is higher supplies costs however with gas prices going down they should be taking them and the employees said they never take coupons. Subway's system doesn't provide a good store look-up that works so I called the store and they couldn't read their store number to me from a receipt then hung up on me and wouldn't answer their phone. Very poor quality branch that takes advantage of its location to gouge customers.

For some reason, the local Subways that are still open do not honor coupons that you may receive in the mail. Most often, you will not notice this until you happen to see a small, hand-written sign posted near the cash register. This policy is posted as a staff/food shortage response, so be aware. It's the reason why I stopped going to Subway.

Found a literal bone in the Chicken Wrap I got from here.The end was so sharp it almost pierced the inside of my mouth.Maybe make sure your chicken is deboned properly next time?
