Felt the tension the moment i walked in through the door. With the look on their face i checked my phone it was about 6:30 ish googled to see if they were about to close online said 9:30. I asked for Italian Herb & Cheese bread and got Italian, I asked for foot long and got 6 inch, I switched to spanish and still got my ingredients wrong. I asked for a combo and was charged everything seperately until i I stepped in and acknowledged the fact. No team coordination, no customer service skills. Feel bad for the owner!

This past weekend, I stopped in Subway as I ran errands around town to bring my husband a sandwich home after he mentioned a special he saw on a recent commercial on television and wanted to try it.
So I went to the counter and asked the two employees if they were familiar with the special and they said no it is only available on the app and I would need to download the SUBWAY® app in order to obtain the special.
So I kindly sat down and spent time downloading the app and entering private information that I did not particularly feel like sharing in order to obtain more information on the “special.”
Once I downloaded the app, there was no mention of the sandwich special that my husband saw on television, and when I asked the employee about it further, she threw up her hands in confusion and said she could not help me.
I must admit, I was irritated that she told me I had to access a nonexistent “special” by going on the SUBWAY® app. I think employees should be more familiar with current specials that are online or in person so they don’t give customers misinformation and waste their time.
Now to the really horrid part of my visit to this SUBWAY® location.
After speaking with the employees who could provide absolutely zero assistance, I dashed into the restroom for a quick pitstop, and I was met with the most disgusting scene that I have witnessed in a food establishment.
The restroom was absolutely filthy and clearly had not been cleaned in days if not weeks.
I did not even let the door close behind me. I took quick photos because I knew I had to make the public aware of these conditions. I did not include too much detail because it was repulsing and I did
not want to breathe the putrid air.
I left the store after alerting the employees they needed to do something about the restroom and do it soon.
I silently vowed that I would never patronize this establishment again, because if the restroom is kept in such deplorable conditions, there is no telling what the back of the store looks like.
I could never eat food prepared in that location in good conscience. There are too many food options in the area from which to choose.

What’s the point of having a phone at the Potomac yards location. I called 20 times no answer ! Poor customer service

I was nearby at the shopping center, and hunger started to creep in, so I thought why not head on over here for lunch. It had been a good while since I had eaten at one of these restaurants, and I have decent memories of the sandwiches that I had purchased here. Obviously this sandwich chain has been a part of my life forever. There were several other customers with the same idea, and the restaurant was pretty busy when I came inside. I wasn't hungry enough for a foot long, so I went for a 6" BMT sub. It included salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese. For the additional toppings, I asked for a little lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, chipotle southwest sauce. I was lucky enough to find a table, and the BMT sub was delicious. The chipotle sauce made all of the difference!

The store messed up my whole order. I paid 16 dollars for a wrong non meal. I ordered a wrap meal with lays chips a bottle Gatorade and 3 for 2.89 cookies. I got a sandwich on wheat it looks like roast beef. No chip 1 chocolate chip and not the (1 double chocolate, macadamia nut and raspberry). I have called 8 times and they pickup and hang up. I am so upset! Horrible

I asked for pizza sub for my son and the young lady said they don’t have it. It’s just pepperoni and marinara sauce on bread. I almost walked a way but the two young ladies spoke in Spanish and agreed to make one. I believe It’s a training issues.

Mr Lee the franchise owner accused me of stealing Juice out the fountain I spend on average $40 a week on Subway and even more to have my business events catered by subway not anymore.
Rude service. Avoid this subway location. I simply walked out.
