OVERPRICED FOOD!! not worth it.. 8" sub for $20 is insane! Chicken Place & Edy's Chicken 10 minutes away, much better choice for quantity and quality.

The Guy at front with glasses and beard have a bad attitude, the chicken was very dry and the sides were cold. Tables weren't clean. I saw similar complaints about same guy. Owner needs to think about his business.

This place was such a disappointment. I ordered a half chicken platter and the entire piece was dry including the thigh. The plantains were cold. The food was seasoned decently but inedible due to the "super" dryness. I asked for them to replace the piece in which they unhappily did. I won't ever go to this place again.

I came and ordered the Lomo Salvado it was awful, I'm Peruvian so I know wat it should look like. They put alot and I mean alot of red and green pepper 1st of all the real Lomo doest come with peppers. I separated tye food and I counted 5 pieces of beef and 10 French fries the rest was onions tomatoes and of course red and green peppers. Haven't been back and won't be. I'm surprise is still open.

I used to go here regularly but I'm afraid they're gonna need to be more careful about their food safety. I ordered from them Friday night and got nasty food poisoning and couldn't hold anything down for more than 2 days. It's a real shame because their stuff is usually good.

I always like to enjoy the very delicious food at this restaurant, it is a very hygienic place, good atmosphere, the service is efficient and satisfied, so I have no problem recommending it to my family and friends in general.

The owner or guy with the glasses naturally gives off a bad attitude and poor customer service, which doesn't reflect well especially with the quality of the food offered and its pricing. If they want returning customers, I think alot needs to be changed to give off better impressions to first timers.
(Note: I'm a weekly regular there and seen how this man treats his customers, lol)

I'm not sure if the buffet was labeled, but I asked for beans, and then I looked to the right, and I saw chickpeas. I was a little devastated because I really wanted chickpeas, LOL.

I recently dined at this establishment and was left quite disappointed, primarily due to their water policy. In most restaurants, it’s customary to be offered a complimentary cup of water while dining. However, at this restaurant, not only were we not provided with water, but we were also informed that we would have to purchase it.

This feels completely unreasonable, especially considering that water is a basic necessity, and customers expect at least a minimal level of hospitality when paying for a meal. The fact that we had to buy water or go without it was frustrating and left a negative impression on what could have been a pleasant dining experience.

While the food may have been fine, this seemingly minor detail significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the service. Such policies reflect poorly on the establishment’s commitment to customer care and, in my opinion, detract from the overall value of dining here.

Due to this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant, especially to those who appreciate basic customer service and reasonable dining policies.

$17 for half a tiny old chicken, go to pollo loco down the road, it's less than $12 and tase much better
