Niku Udon and Salmon 2028 roll was fantastic! I liked the food.
Watched one of the sushi chefs have a 3 min conversation with the other sushi chefs with his hands in mouth and nose. Only stopped because I pointed it out to a waiter.
The server in the black T-shirt explained the sushi in such detail, which was super helpful for someone like me who doesn't know much about sushi. The ramen was absolutely delicious-especially the miso ramen! It's not a typical broth, but a soy milk base that's creamy yet rich and savory. Highly recommended!
The miso ramen was amazing-the soy milk-based broth was creamy, rich, and packed with umami. It also had a nice spicy kick, so if you're ordering it, don't forget it's got some heat! The gyoza appetizer was a perfect start-crispy outside, juicy inside. Overall, everything was full of flavor and deeply satisfying.
From start to finish, this dining experience was a delightful journey. The sushi rolls didn’t just taste amazing—they came with such creative names that they immediately caught my eye and sparked curiosity. It felt like I was choosing characters from a comic book menu, each roll telling its own story.
The appetizer, especially the deep-fried chicken, was a surprising highlight. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, it offered a bold, flavorful twist that I wasn’t expecting—almost like a comfort food reimagined by a gourmet chef.
And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, the dessert arrived like a final scene in a movie—refreshing, light, and the perfect palate cleanser to wrap up the meal. The entire experience felt like a well-composed symphony of flavors, with each course playing its part beautifully.
The service was warm, attentive, and seamless throughout, making everything even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to return!
This restaurant impressed me from the start. The ambiance is warm, stylish, and inviting - perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special night out. Every detail, from the lighting to the decor, is thoughtfully curated and adds to the authentic Japanese dining experience.
The service was top-notch - professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The Nigiri Special was a standout. Each piece was artfully prepared and incredibly fresh, showcasing true craftsmanship.
If you're looking for a place with both refined atmosphere and outstanding sushi, this is it.
From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome - the service was prompt, friendly, and professional.
The food? Absolutely fantastic. We ordered the Miso Ramen and the Spicy Jin Ramen, and both were rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The broth was deep and satisfying, and the noodles had just the right texture.
As sushi lovers, we couldn't skip the Nigiri Special - every piece was fresh, delicate, and melted in our mouths.
This place truly delivers authentic Japanese flavors with top-tier hospitality. We can't wait to come back!
Came here for the first time with my kids. Service was fast and food was wonderful. Casual atmosphere. Restaurant was clean and felt authentic and fun with cute decor.

I will start this by saying I lived in Japan for a year and had just returned. So, I have been trying to find ramen that will help with my cravings.
This was not it. The ramen was not bad by any means. It was actually good for America. It did not hit like bowls back in Japan.
I will say that after taxes and a small tip, this bowl of ramen was $20. Ramen is a budget food in Japan. Lots of places keep the cost low despite raising costs, because they know it's a budget food. $20 for ramen is not appropriate. It's not just Sushi Jin, though their price is in line with other shops.
Now, the atmosphere was jacked. The place is nice and clean. But there is very little Japan vibe here. They even played country music while I was there. They need to rethink what they are trying to convey here.
Also, for a place so small, they don't need the 15 staff they had.
Would I recommend this place? If you are really hurting for ramen and have not found a more authentic place, then yes, the food is good. Otherwise keep looking

‘This review is for the Ramen only’
I ordered the kimchi Pork ramen, it came out insanely temperature hot. The broth was very flavorless and what little flavor it did have, was drowned out by the kimchi.
Boiled eggs were pretty tasty. The pork was okay.
Wouldn’t come here for ramen. I’ll try the sushi next time

It was okay. I expected more from the reviews. I ordered one basic sushi roll that was pretty good. However, I ordered the kimchi ramen and it was very off-putting for me. I love both Korean and Japanese style kimchi and I am really not sure what was going on with the flavor of kimchi they used for the dish.
The person I was with ordered chicken ramen and it was fine.

Great selection of vegetarian sushi!
I've been coming here regularly for a few years now. At the beginning, amazing! Dining in or out, nothing ever missed. After a while, the chicken karage started to be served reheated. Fried foods don't reheat well, and it was a bummer. This consistently happens if ordered right when the dinner hour opens, which means the lunch chicken karage is reheated. It's very obviously not fresh. That has been the case the last 4x we've ordered the chicken karage - despite specifically requesting a fresh batch. The sushi flavors are still unmatched. However, they are about 1/3 smaller than they used to be. I used to barely be able to fit the sushi rolls in my mouth, and after eating just one, I couldn't eat any more. They were that filling. Now, they're about grocery-store size. The size has increased significantly over the last few months. I understand inflation, but I struggle with price increase coupled with size reduction coupled with quality reduction. Such a bummer, because I have loved this place since day one. And for a few years, in or out, the sushi was always on point. Last time we ordered out, the (tempura) rolls were cold - not room temperature - cold. Made me suspect I'd been given an old roll, which was a real bummer. Again, flavors are not matched anywhere else. Prices are still decent, but it's just not anywhere near how it was. :(
