The miso ramen was amazing-the soy milk-based broth was creamy, rich, and packed with umami. It also had a nice spicy kick, so if you're ordering it, don't forget it's got some heat! The gyoza appetizer was a perfect start-crispy outside, juicy inside. Overall, everything was full of flavor and deeply satisfying.
