It’s a nice cozy frozen yogurt shop. They’re pretty clean and have around like 20 seats around five table seats. They have outdoor seating two available. I prefer they have good flavors.

I’m very disappointed. I drove all the way there just for all of the fruit to be welted and old. Literally inedible. DO BETTER

Very mediocre experience compared to other froyo places. Limited selection of flavors, decent selection of toppings - but a lot were behind the counter and you had to ask for them. They were also blasting obnoxious music at a volume that made hearing/understanding the cashier a problem. Also a bizarre number of threatening signs and cameras.

Nice shop, fresh new flavors every week! Friendly staff as well. Very popular area and frequent customer based.

Every weekend that I come to enjoy with my family. There are always three flavors out of the order, especially during summer season.

Great service and desert!

The yogurt tasted very watery and we visit Sweet Frog often and each time we've gone here it has only been ok.

The ice cream and the cashier were good but I noticed that the manager was very rude with the staff been loud and bossy seems like all the employees were afraid of her doesn’t look good talking about the other employees at the front door and in front of customers .

Closed 30 minutes early. As we were walking up they locked the door and just waved at us.

The woman is nice, the girl who rang me up was disrespectful and rude. I also wish they awarded loyalty points at this location… it’s been a consistent problem for one reason or another.

I came from California to visit family, we came to Sweet Frog Kingstowne, Va and had the DISPLEASURE of the rudeness of "Patricia" that's the name she gave.
I've been to Sweet Frog many times in California and was always met with courtesy, it's a shame such people as "Patricia" if that's her name work for such a place. When I go back, if she is there, I will NOT patronize this business !

I had a disappointing experience at this frozen yogurt shop that I feel compelled to share. After filling my cup and adding all the toppings, I paid and waited for my sister in the bathroom. While waiting, I really enjoyed the Nutella topping I had added, so I decided to put a little more on my yogurt.

To my shock, a Hispanic woman at the register screamed at me in front of everyone, angrily insisting that I couldn't do that and would have to pay extra. It was incredibly embarrassing, as if I was trying to get something for free. She then charged me an additional $1.00.

I truly don’t understand why people work in customer service if they can’t provide a positive experience. The owner or manager needs to address this type of behavior, as it’s clear I’m not the only one with a negative experience here. If they have a policy against adding toppings after paying, there should be clear signs stating that. Customers shouldn’t have to guess the rules.

I felt treated like a nuisance rather than a valued customer. If you enjoy being yelled at and treated poorly, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend going elsewhere.
