The ice cream and the cashier were good but I noticed that the manager was very rude with the staff been loud and bossy seems like all the employees were afraid of her doesn’t look good talking about the other employees at the front door and in front of customers .

Closed 30 minutes early. As we were walking up they locked the door and just waved at us.

The woman is nice, the girl who rang me up was disrespectful and rude. I also wish they awarded loyalty points at this location… it’s been a consistent problem for one reason or another.

I came from California to visit family, we came to Sweet Frog Kingstowne, Va and had the DISPLEASURE of the rudeness of "Patricia" that's the name she gave.
I've been to Sweet Frog many times in California and was always met with courtesy, it's a shame such people as "Patricia" if that's her name work for such a place. When I go back, if she is there, I will NOT patronize this business !

I had a disappointing experience at this frozen yogurt shop that I feel compelled to share. After filling my cup and adding all the toppings, I paid and waited for my sister in the bathroom. While waiting, I really enjoyed the Nutella topping I had added, so I decided to put a little more on my yogurt.

To my shock, a Hispanic woman at the register screamed at me in front of everyone, angrily insisting that I couldn't do that and would have to pay extra. It was incredibly embarrassing, as if I was trying to get something for free. She then charged me an additional $1.00.

I truly don’t understand why people work in customer service if they can’t provide a positive experience. The owner or manager needs to address this type of behavior, as it’s clear I’m not the only one with a negative experience here. If they have a policy against adding toppings after paying, there should be clear signs stating that. Customers shouldn’t have to guess the rules.

I felt treated like a nuisance rather than a valued customer. If you enjoy being yelled at and treated poorly, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would recommend going elsewhere.

As a family we greatly enjoy going to SweetFrog in Kingstowne due to the several healthy yogurt options, wide selection of toppings, cleanliness, short lines, children’s video programs on the screen, friendly atmosphere, tolerance to children, ease of access, easy parking with close access to other establishments, member rewards program, little trouble getting a table, and friendly owner.

The lack of Professionalism that this store lacks is ridiculous. We had just come out of the movie theater and thought of passing by to get some ice cream with my family. The looks we got going into the store were as we were not welcomed. Each of us were getting ahead to get our ice cream however once the little one ( 6 year old) had finished he reached to get a spoon the Asian lady stepped forward as to take it away which is ridiculous because if you have them on display is for you customers to grab and how are you going to eat your ice cream without a spoon. Well did not say anything left it alone. I requested to use the restroom in the meantime my family filled their cups. When I came out they were in the register. When I realized that my husband had mistakenly not placed any toppings on mine I asked her if I could add some toppings since we had not paid yet. Take in mind there were no other customers in the store. She said it was fine. I asked her only for sprinkles and the marshmallow topping. She added sprinkles but when I mean added is like 2 to 3 sprinkles only tipped the bottle and when I told her if she could add more she said no. when I reached to add the marshmallow topping she took it away from me and said no. Then proceed to weigh the cups which is like you didn't do anything. This is not the place to go. We have been to other locations that have been amazing and definitely this one either needs to hire someone who will actually provide the customer service or shut down.

this was my first time here. I had island banana frozen yogurt w/ blueberries. it was delicious! I will definitely be coming back to this location!

The establishment was clean for the most part. However, they could use more flavors. The froyo I prepared was good, however the choices were very limited. Also allow the customers to add their own toppings.

Sweet Frog really should see how to get their Original Tart Frozen Yogurt in the grocery stores. It is my favorite flavor with the tartness of whole plain yogurt, yet with just enough sweetness to make your taste buds craving more.
