Cold brew was just okay. Don’t get the hype and it didn’t seem like a cozy place to work for a few hours as I hoped. The hunt for the best coffee and cafe continues!

I order the same drink every time I visit a new coffeeshop for equal comparison - an oatmilk latte. Swing's Coffee did not disappoint- very smooth latte with no bitter/burnt bean taste. I took home some of their freshly roasted (the day before) coffee beans and the coffee ☕️ was excellent at home as well. The staff was friendly and the industrial vibe was nice. The only downside is that I tried the Cranberry-Orange scone which had about 4 cranberries in it and was very dry compared to others and baked at home (the best- when traveling to England and Scotland - those scones are wonderful). For good coffee and vibes, Swing's Coffee is a winner.

I got the nitro latte and I was not expecting such a smooth, impactful flavor profile. There is just enough sweetness to complement the rich chocolatey espresso notes paired with a bit of vanilla. This drink is a must! Vibes are high, workers are friendly, service is quick, and the coffee is great.

I know the coffee from when I lived in the area. I don't live in the area now. I ordered some coffee on line, I was waiting for it to get shipped, I emailed them asking when it would be shipped. They said it's waiting for me to pick it up. I told them I don't live in the area. They said I needed to do something to get it shipped, and it is not that clear. They shipped my coffee that day. The coffee is great. Next time I will do it correctly.

Came here cause it was on the Atly GF eats app. But they didn't have any pasty left at 10am. But they did have vegan milk. Got a chai latte and a oatmilk latte with honey. Was delicious and a nice pick me up after a long plane ride.

I’ve been to Swing Coffee a few times, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots in Alexandria. The coffee is consistently great, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting — perfect for getting work done or just unwinding. There’s plenty of space to set up your laptop, and the vibe makes it easy to focus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy café with good brews and a chill environment.

Great coffee quality and flavor, but only two outlets in the whole place if you’d like to spend some time there working. Not a lot of places to sit either. Added to this, they close at 4pm, which is inconvenient and very early.

I was about to leave DC disappointed in our coffee experiences and gave Swing’s a try in our last day…. I am so glad I did.
Excellent quality coffee and matcha prepared with care and knowledge.
This historic roaster knows what it is doing. If you are in the area skip the others and swing over to Swing’s for the best cup of coffee we had in the DC area.

Came in the door, 3:07. Evidently they close at 3. Why was the door open. Big guy at the counter yells were closed with a scowl in his face. I said,”okay cool I just want to buy a bag of beans. He yells we’re closed with such an attitude. I said, “I guess you don’t want my business. I’ll never go here again ai can’t stand terrible customer service. Plus the coffee sucks half the time anyway they burn it somehow.
