We ordered supper to be delivered to our hotel, The Faimont Marriott accross the street, expecting the standard Chinese food experience. We were pleasently surprised by the speed that it was delivered and how hot the food was. More than that was the great quality of the food and the value per dollar spent. The large hot and sour soup was one of the best we've had; filled with tofu - watercress-green onions- chili peppers and not salty with corn starch thickener.Really delicious. We also had the chicken with vegetables and steamed rice combo that came 9with a crunchy fresh spring roll. Both were mouth watering and tasty, again not too salty. Overall very good Traditional American Chinese food that rivals great Chinese food in Montreal. Highly recommend this restaurant.Howard B.

Understand going in that this restaurant is not trying to win a James Beard award. It's not fancy and not expensive. It is, however, that "hole in the wall" place you want to get on your way home from work or on a weekend when you're craving Szechuan. We ordered Crab Rangoon, spring roll, Chicken Pad Thai, and chicken & broccoli with fried rice. Spring rolls were good, but Crab Rangoon were small and crispy with very little filling. Pad Thai was good -- chicken was in small pieces and tender (not fatty at all). Note that the noodles were a bit mushy/overcooked, but that's what you're getting at this place -- nothing fancy -- just good, affordable food. The broccoli with chicken is exactly what we wanted. Just chicken and broccoli in sauce. No other vegetables or crazy additions. The fried rice was good, but I'm not sure I could eat it as a main dish. It's best as a side mixed with another main dish. Overall good experience and we will be trying Szechuan Delight again.

Food was delicious, especially their steamed dumplings- a delicacy. Service was great, no complaints!

Ordered $55 worth of food online through their website on a Friday night date night. Showed up at the time it was supposed to be ready but there was nothing to pick up. The owner/manager had no idea what I had ordered. He checked his printer and noticed there were multiple orders that hadn't been tended to/noticed. I left. Thanks for Fing up my date night! Never again!!! Useless!!!!

EGG DROP WITH CHICKEN SOUP IS THE BEST, AND CHICKEN WITH BROCCOLI.

Early last evening I went to this takeout and ordered "Kung Po" chicken but did not like it. The veggies, carrots and one of unknown origin, were cut in very small squares. They were undercooked and very hard. They far outnumbered the amount of chicken, so between the plentiful hard peanuts and hard veggies, the meal was like eating rocks. On arriving, I observed a man and woman, both employees, in a heated argument in the area where customers order, wait for and receive their food. Because of the language barrier, I couldn't tell the details of the argument but it involved the price of an item, plain white rice, ordered by a waiting lady customer. Then the man, who takes orders and also apparently prepares food, engaged in a very loud and agitated argument with the lady customer who said she was a regular and was picking up a phoned in order. She was polite and retained her composure while the man lost his and yelled wildly at her. The subject of the argument again was the price of the container of white rice, no more than a few dollars. The lady customer claimed she was being charged more than usual for the item and the man insisted she was not. His behavior was rude and verged on frightening. His explosive yelling behind only an ordinary blue mask likely propelled saliva into the atmosphere, exposing the waiting customers to whatever ailments, if any, he may have been harboring. Terrible experience perpetrated by a male employee over a few dollars. He certainly lost the lady's future business and probably mine as well. I can't imagine setting foot in that place again. I should have left rather than wait in that volatile environment. Due to the lengthy argument, the duration of exposure to whatever may have been floating in the air (two waiting customers were not even wearing masks) was likely beyond safe limits. Prior to the pandemic, young Asian women, always soft spoken and polite, tended to customers. Ironically, the previous evening I purchased a delicious Szechuan chicken entree there. My low rating of this place is based primarily on the outrageous behavior of the male employee. The food would have averaged 3 stars.

For some reason, EVERYTHING from this place is excellent! It's kinda hard to find as it's located behind the shopping center closest to the rear of total wine. Order ahead, you get your food faster!!

Just moved into the area and this is my new favorite Chinese place! The food is amazing and the family who runs it is really nice. This will be my weekly dinner pick up as long as I'm out here!

Great quality, good prices, can rely on having a good meal when you are not in the mood to cook.

Don’t do delivery! We ordered over $30 worth of food just to receive no utensils and 1 soy sauce pack. The food was ok. The highlight was the customer service, a really nice lady had the delivery guy to come back to give utensils.

Honest Review. I just ordered from here today and had the General Tso chicken it was not the best it used to be good but they definitely have changed the formula on how they bread it and cook it. I was very disappointed that I had to pay 20 dollars for this food with the delivery for it to be nasty. I think the bland fried rice they gave with a boat load of onions in it kind of saved the meal . In DC i could get this meal times 2 for what I just paid. I wont be ordering from here again.
